Email overload!! I placed an order weeks ago and it's finally shipping today. I was ok with the wait because it wasn't the fault of EZ, however, it was up to me to ask for updates. I've ordered from EZ in the past and always had a good experience. They just need to send a lot fewer promo emails. I didn't unsubscribe because I didn't want to miss a shipping update.

My extra frames came damaged the ones with the Versace on the lens .Other than that great quality .excellent delivery time I would like my extra lenses replaced that came damaged

My first time ordering contact lenses from EZContacts and I'd summarize the experience as you get what you pay for. EZContacts was in fact much less expensive for my brand of lenses compared to other sites like 1-800-contacts, and the fact that there were no "hidden fees" on the pricing like there are with so many other lens sites was something I really liked. That said, my order took almost 2 weeks to ship after it was placed but my CC was charged immediately. After the first week passed I became concerned since I hadn't received any updates and again, the charge was already on my credit card. I actually went as far as to google "is EZContacts legit?". I called their customer service line to try to get an update on what was going on with the order and waited on hold for a rep for over an hour (not an exaggeration) before finally hanging up. I sent them an email and they did respond back fairly quickly saying my lenses were ordered from the manufacturer and should be shipping within the next few days. Which they did, and now they are in transit. So my recommendation would be - if you need lenses quickly, this is not the place to order from. If you are looking for a site that will handle gathering your Rx from your eyecare provider or if there are any questions with your Rx, this is probably not the place to order from. If you're in no hurry to receive the order and your Rx details are pretty straightforward, then take advantage of the lower pricing EZContacts offers.

I am writting this review after having received my package. I did appreciate my package getting to me in a timely manner. However, I was very underwhelmed when i recieved my order. The shades had a protective plastic slip only on one side of the shades. The little sticker with the name on one of the frames was half way coming off. The shades them selves were dusty. And the Prada box packaging was ripped. It really made me question if the shades were authentic. Everything took away from the whole experience in buying my first designer shades. Because of this im not sure ill be purchasing from here again. The reason for me writting this review 2 weeks after recieving my order is because i was out of the country.

Sent a 10% off first order the day after my first order had shipped. You had better choose carefully because EZcontacts charge a $8.95 return postage fee extracted from your refund. If you wanted to give a discount why didn’t you apply it to my $300+ order. Thanks for nothing !

I enjoy purchasing my lenses through you, i have for a while now. In the past, i was able to use affirm as a payment option. Now, it is asking me to confirm my identity and it will not allow me to use affirm even though my ID is valid with my face. I then had issues with the site accepting my saved card on file, and had to retype it in a few times before it worked. Payment was the difficult part of this order.

The order took really long to ship. Apparently they didn't have the item in stock and were waiting for the inventory to arrive. I think they need to indicate that more clearly. I wouldn't have ordered these frames through their site. There were other sites with immediate availability that were slightly more expensive. I opted for theirs for the price but I had no idea it would take this long. Had I known, I would've paid a bit more to get my glasses sooner. Otherwise, great service and customer service responds quickly. Great prices too, but just wish it was more clear on the shipping time / inventory availability.

The order process was easy. Last year was the first time I ordered contacts from EZcontacts and I got a very good price compared to other providers. This year I ordered the same contacts and the price was almost doubled. They weren't cheaper than other providers once they add the shipping charge.

Bought a pair of Costa sunglasses. They were pricey and missing the cloth but I do like the glasses. I am wondering if they are authentic since every pair of Costas comes with a cloth and warranty card.
