Excellent sales platform for contacts and eyeglasses. I've purchased glasses from EZContacts several times now, my only complaint is when frames say they are "in stock" when they are not, took 7 weeks to get my last pair. Quality is on point and price is significantly better than the same frames on competing sites.

I see my order has finally shipped. Thank you. I understand there can be supply issues as I deal with the same issues with my job. But no communication on my items being out of stock and awaiting a resupply, so lead time will not be within a week as indicated, is not acceptable. I had to contact customer service to find out the status of my order after waiting over a week.

Shipping time takes a very long time. Ordering is a breeze but waiting for shipment confirmation 5 days after you place the order is frustrating.

The options of products is good but the delivery was not acceptable. Order was placed Dec. 3 (Christmas present) and not delivered until Jan. 17. However, my credit card was charged immediately upon purchase.

Always delivered in good time. I have used this site for several years. What I don’t like: 1. You can no longer speak to a human on the phone when needed. 2. Whenever I am sent a promo code, I have not once found anywhere to put the code when checking out.

The price is good and I received the contacts in a timely manner. My complaint is with the contacts themselves. Altho I have used this brand regularly in the past (ACUVUE OASYS), the contacts that I received from EZContacts seemed subpar making me wonder if they are "seconds". They did not fit as well as usual and they tore much more easily than ever before. I will order directly from ACUVUE in the future.

My order was on back order, even though I paid for two day delivery. I had to write a email on the status of my order after the given delivery date. A email should have been sent by the company concerning the order. Since the order was not available, I think I should have received a refund for the expedited delivery.

It has taken over three weeks to receive my order. If I had k ow it would take this long I would have purchased somewhere else

they bring you in to their fold with a discounted price introductory offer, but subsequent purchases are back up to basically where the competition is. I appreciate the initial savings, but this mode of operation tends to chafe me. EZ could at least keep their prices a dollar or two less going forward.
