I did an online search for a specific brand of eyedrops. EZ Contacts appeared near the top of the search results. The price was not exceptional, but it was available and it was easier for me to purchase it online than to search for it in a store so I did. There was nothing to indicate that it was not in stock or would not be shipped quickly. My credit card was charged immediately. That was Jan 13. After two weeks I phoned to find out why the status of my order was still showing as "processing" on the website. After waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes I was put through to someone who told me that they were out of the product and were waiting to get more before they could fulfill my order. Two weeks later, I received notification that the order had been sent. When I clicked on the product image in the email confirmation to "review order details" I got an error message. But the tracking link to DHL shows that the order is scheduled for delivery on Feb 15. So, assuming it arrives then, they will have processed and fulfilled my order. It will have taken 30 days to receive a package of over-the-counter eye drops. Assuming they are fresh, I will not complain, but I am not inclined to purchase from EZ Contacts again.

The priced ate great. But I had a hard time trying to update my orders from removing too many boxes to removing the shipping cost it automatically adds stuff to jack up the cost. Then wont let me take it off easily.

You get what you pay for. These frames were just so so for me in the quality department. Had i known they were metal frames i would not have purchased. The hinge/screw is strategically placed in my peripheral vision which is a big annoyance. The metal is very pliable not durable at all. These will be thrown in the car for emergency use.

I made an order for 2 pairs of sunglasses on Jan 4 and am still waiting on the 2nd pair. There has been no contact or communication. I've reached out to cancel the 2nd pair and have had no response as well. Questioning the customer service.

The quality of the lenses and everything is good but the shipping speed needs to be worked on. Ordered a month ago and still don’t have them because the ones for my right eye are out of stock. Please don’t confirm an order if you don’t have the lenses on hand right then and there.

The website is somewhat easy to use but I purchased and have yet to receive a confirmation email or any type of receipt of purchase. I would like to know more or less when my order will arrive.

Ordered contacts on 1/17/25. Did not ship out till 1/30/25. Called twice on 1/27 & 28 and each day they said it was shipping out later in the day.

Website states 3-5 days for lenses to be fitted to the frames before they are shipped. It took 13 days for mine to finally ship. Reached out on day 13 and got the generic “ohh they will ship within 5 days” email back. Then, by an act of god they shipped the same day the email was sent.

Did a Google search for a specific Flexon Frame (only - no lenses) that I wanted. Was pointed to an (apparently outdated) web page for them on EZContacts. Put them in cart. Subscribed for the pop-up prompt discount code that was sent via email. Entered that on the page and clicked Apply and nothing happened. Tried to check out and again nothing. Went to what is apparently their new web site. Found the frames about 15% higher price. Entered the discount code and got the message it didn't apply for these frames. Wanted to call or text to discus but it was Friday just after they closed. For the next three days, I was inundated with their emails repeatedly telling me to use the discount code and place the order. I finally reached someone who confirmed it was an old web site. TBD if it will be reported to be taken down. Also the new price is the price and no further discounts. I ended up making the purchase. But as I closed my search tabs, I found I had missed using a seller with a lower price than the 'new' EZContacts price. Too much trouble to cancel. As soon as I receive the shipment, I will be Unsubscribing.

Delay in shipping of product, should have been communicated before ordering, but looks like its on its way now a few weeks later. Pricing was great, so perhaps that's the trade-off you pay.

Love your contacts, but I must admit I am disappointed that you promote free shipping and charge for shipping. You advertise free shipping in the USA and still charge $8.95.
