today it marks over a month since my order and this morning I got notification that my glasses finally shipped. What’s was frustrating is I ordered it in Black Friday, and I would see in my email days before Christmas ads about guarantee getting your glasses before Christmas. (While mine was never shipped) I had a friend recommend them as his experience was good. Emailed them a couple times about the status of my order no reply. From what I hear they’re a local mom and pop shop The price is unbeatable but hopefully these come in with no issue. I would not guarantee a quick delivery even if you pay extra for quicker delivery. They say 7-10 days at check out but it should expect longer way longer. If all goes good I get the glasses no problem I’d give it a 4 but dude they really need to be transparent about this. Almost made me call my bank and cancel everything.

So far I have not received my order. It took about a week before I got the shipping confirmation. Probably another week before I get my lenses.

I ordered sunglasss and after 2 weeks heard nothing from EZContacts - just an “update” that the order was “processing”. After calling them, they told me the item was out of stock and would be restocked the following week. They did apologize for not updating me. Needless to say, the Xmas gift is LATE.

EZContacts is my goto place to order my contacts. Unfortunately too many times lately I place my order, pay extra for expedited shipping, payment is taken from my account and there I wait for the contacts. I have to check in with Customer Support to see where my order is and am told they are waiting on stock to come in. Nowhere when I order does it say out of stock or else I’d order elsewhere. Payment should not be taken until the order is fulfilled. This past order it took a few weeks to finally receive my order which is unacceptable.

When buying sunglasses is would be of great import if one was alouded to choose the size lens etc.. Most of your items have fixed sizes and cannot be changed. I have a large head and therefore I am unable to buy most of your products because of that fact.

I was hoping to have ordered my contacts in advance so that by the time I was running low, my new ones will come in. I ordered on December 6 and once I sent a follow up email regarding my package, I get a notification the next day informing me my package is on its way on December 20. Shipped two weeks later when I chose the 5-7 day shipping. (I’m only counting M-F, which are business days, as they only ship within said days) It’s just funny how had I not sent a follow up, would you have even shipped my package? Regardless, I’d still make future purchases. Thanks

I rely on ezcontacts when it comes to all my eyewear. My only problem is this is the second time I order glasses that show they are in stock but takes almost or over a month to ship out

Even though I like their stock and their customer service representatives (especially Ruth S.) are great, there is still a communication issue. I placed an order and received it partially within a few days, which is ok. But if I had not chatted with Ruth in customer service, I wouldn't have known the item I was waiting for had at least three weeks delay before it could be shipped. If an item is not in stock, at least let us know. I also emailed you guys back a few days ago and I still have not heard anything back.

Customer service has declined, case and point is the rewards points system. They expire in 6mos and is of no use to people who buy eye glasses once a year as part of a vision insurance program. The rep refused to activate them, so it is a program designed to be of minimal use and not expected to be used anyway. There appears to be a $10 charge added on to lenses as well, it is advertised as $29.99, but really it is $39.99, when trying to check the item out. I dont think all of these are going to work out well for you going forward.

My contacts weren’t in stock, but I didn’t get a notice regarding the delay. When I emailed customer service to ask about the order, they didn’t respond for a day or two.

Not happy with the website , when I click to the home page it was telling to sign up with my email to get a 15 percent off my first purchase , but when I apply the code it was telling me that discount could not be applied ,

Good experience, But unsecure payment!? Eyeglasses frame I ordered from EZ Contacts arrived today in brand new condition. They were packed well in a sturdy box along with 2 freebies: a nice case and a pen shaped sprayer for cleaning them. Very satisfactory experience. However I'm concerned about security in ordering. Payment is by credit card only (and asks for security code on back of card) and even the payment goes through on an unsecured http not httpS page.

I selected the middle since I had to pick before I saw the item I purchased. I have not received the item I purchased yet and this is my first purchase so I need to wait until I receive my item before I leave a review.

Getting to customer service is painful and long wait time. There is a delay from when the order is placed to when the order is shipped causing a huge delay when a customer can receive the products.
