It took 19 days from the time I ordered the contacts until the day they were delivered. I received no status texts until the day the contacts were shipped. During the 19 days I called the Order Dept. and the Check on your Order Dept, but no representative was available to answer the phone. I finally left a voice mail and call back number and Etty called me back. She was pleasant. Sincerely, Al Morettin

EZ Contacts had favorable pricing on my contact lenses, however, my experience with customer service was horrible. I ordered my contact lenses more than two weeks ago and I still don’t have them. There was no communication from EZ Contacts regarding the delay and shipping my refill prescription order. When I called customer service, I would be on hold for a very long time and never able to speak with a live person. Their callback feature did not work on occasions. I also emailed and received no response. I may not use EZ Contacts in the future.

Don't pay extra for express delivery paid for 3 day delivery its been 8 days and still no contacts but got a text saying congratulations my contacts are on the way could be the delivery service I don't know but not happy at all

The glasses are fine. We paid extra for expedited shipping because we needed glasses for a trip. But that certainly did not work.

You can't beat their price but....... I ordered contacts back on October 18 and as of Nov 1 they still haven't shipped and my order status says "Order Processing". What takes almost two weeks to process an order???

Price is the only reason it’s getting three stars. I ordered these on the 18th and paid $8.95 for 3-5 day shipping. My order didn’t get shipped until the 27th and I didn’t receive until the 31st. Never heard back from customer support when I emailed them about it. Just wasn’t all that impressed other than price

It takes too long to receive the order, yet payment is pulled immediately. There is no communication or tracking as to whether the order is lost or not. I am still waiting on my contacts to arrive. It has been over two weeks.

It took 10 days for ex contacts to ship my order, and waited until then to take payment. I had no idea it was going to take that long and would have appreciated knowing. I assumed they had shipped in a reasonable amount of time, so I thought they had already taken payment. I spent the money in my account and then overstated when they finally collected the payment. Huge pain in the butt. Very frustrating experience.

I am a repeat customer and at the time of ordering, there was no notification that a 10 day holiday would be observed and then it was an additional week of me emailing to find out the status of my order. Very disappointed with customer support

Very disappointed with my last order from here. Apparently, the company was closed for a week for a religious holiday. I placed an order during this time not knowing due to lack of communication. Took my money right away and here I sit 12 days later still no contacts. Will not order from here again.

Paid extra for fast shipping, shipping 3 days was good and on time. They didn't inform you when they have a holiday delay extension. But the price on my contact lenses were more affordable on here. Contacts arrived and half of them were open and the other half aren't. I never had this problem before and this is the first.

I got an immediate response to my order but then they took a whole week to ship it even if they wrote me backthat they had the contact in store. It seems they were celebrating some kind of Holliday. I respect it but on my opinion is disonest let a client go through the order process and after you payed they tell you that they are going to old on it for a whole week. I even payed for express delivery. It is the costumer right to know all the conditions before completing the buying process.

Ordered online Oct 5, contacted EXContacts on delivery status. Was told they were on back order and sorry for not letting me know. On website it didn’t say they were not on stock. Now they are letting me know they are in stock and will mail my order. Have ordered before and not had this happen. If I order again. Will call before ordering
