Well the last order I recived both eye contacts were defective. Every time I used them for a week or two the one eye was always blurry and the other eye the contact would tear for no reason. I complained but no refund was sent. I am trying again. If it happens again I will no longer be a customer.

One of our representatives has already reached out to you to discuss this issue in detail. Based on the photos you provided, we do understand your frustration. However, it is highly unlikely for lenses from multiple boxes with different lot numbers to be defective. These lenses are produced in separate machine runs, which makes it extremely rare for defects to occur across different lots. We strongly recommend checking in with your eye care provider to ensure these lenses are the right fit for you and to rule out any other factors that could be affecting your experience. As a courtesy, we’ve also issued a 10% discount on your next purchase with us. We hope this helps and that your next order meets your expectations.

I’ve used Ezcontacts before and it was great. However, this time I was sent the incorrect prescription for my left eye. I’ve emailed them and will await their response.

Easy to reorder but the price of my contacts went up $37.00 in just a year! I will be shopping around for a better price the next time I order.

I would recommend, immediate communication, even if its just to say hello and we will prioritize you to the best of our ability..whether its true or not..your customer seek reasurance... sound advice from a nobody....

Shipping is long. And customer service needs major work. Could improve or work on shipping when a customer pays and send back a return. They are profiting of shipping costs and it’s wrong

When I received my contacts in other years, I was very happy. This year, I was able to get a discount but had to pay for shipping (3-5 days). Today, after 4 days, I questioned the order and was told the contacts I ordered weren't in stock, so I have to wait another 3-5 days. Not a happy customer. I wish I had been told this right after I ordered them. I could have ordered them somewhere else and gotten them quicker. Why pay for shipping if they aren't arriving in the time I paid for?

I hade to cacle a order about 3 months ago because u did have the product when the website said that it was in stock but it wasn't. The customer service department said it was going to take 6 weeks to come in. So wasn't happy.

Ordered glasses, frames are fine but the lenses are horrible. I also ordered another pair of glasses from a different website same, frames and basic lenses but there is a night and day difference. The lenses are from here are not crisp, feel like there are shadows.

delayed shipping experience. had to send customer service an email asking what was going and mysteriously my glasses was been ship the next day.

Ordered contacts on April 17th and they were out of stock. Completely out of contacts and did not receive order till May 1st (2 weeks). Recommendation would be to order early.

Until recently, my experience has been very good. My last order was placed on 4/20 and didn't ship out until today, 5/5/25. Fifteen days seems like an excessive amount of time to process a repeat order. I'll probably look for a new supplier for my next order.
