Kate spade order is acceptable but ordering Feb 11 the DITA $676 glasses which the money was taken out not left pending, no email saying it is back order & may take more then a month to ship & still waiting on 03-20 with no update is making me not want to do business with you again.

I appreciated the price point of the Rayban Sunglasses, which is why I chose Ez Contacts. What I was disappointed in was the fact that it took 6 weeks to receive my purchase. I understand there was a supply issue, but there should have been better communication about this timeline. The picture also does not match the actual product. The picture is a brighter lighter gray and white stripe. The actual product is almost black with some striping. I also thought they were polarized, but I missed that part in the description that they are not.

The delivery is extremely slow and little communication about delivery. I waited over 10 days for a shipping notice and still no product as yet.

Pricing is good, but the lack of communication is their downfall. No real updates on the status of the frames, no real tracking of the shipment. Frustrating

I recived my glasses 2.5 months after I ordered them. I was originally told it would be 7-10 days, so that was very disappointing. I contacted EZ Cintacts a few times within the process, and although the customer service was very kind, there was not much done to get my glasses. And I was told because of the wait that they would be shipped expedited (overnight) FREE of charge. They were shipped regularly, through USPS. I am unsure whether the glasses are genuine Dragon frames or if they are knock offs. They fit well and the prescription is excellent. So kudos there.

Ordering from EZContacts is easy, but tracking a prescription order is less clear. The status remains “order processing” until shipped with no information regarding the intermediate states that were available after speaking to a representative by phone. The shared details weren’t available online. I also received an email mentioning a delay, but it provided no additional information or reasons. I would have preferred a little more transparency.

You ask for review which blocks the receipt to be Copied so your sure the transaction has gone through. Prefer you wait 1 minute after the transaction or request review separately

Easy contact I love this company, but for some reason when I just purchased some glasses, I didn't get any information no up-to-date about my glasses. It took my glasses a while to get here and I was very disappointed with that. I feel as though I should get some type of accommodation for my glasses taking so long.

Paid for 2 day shipping(19.99)didn't realize it took 2days just to review the order then ship it out. Now it's actually 4days total(or longer)before I receive my contacts...would have appreciated a disclaimer before paying $20 extra for a service that's not actually 2days :(

Order took quite a bit longer than their website states. I was lenient on this timeline but was content with the company response when I emailed asking about my order.

Glasses are perfect. Exactly as described. My problem is the fact that the item was labeled to ship in 3-5 business days. It took over 3 weeks. Ridiculous!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered glasses/frames from EZContacts and just like my previous purchases (unfortunately), there was a really long shipping delay. I ordered frames that were “in stock” but still waited almost an entire month to receive them. I had to reschedule my optometrist appointment twice because the frames hadn’t reached me. The quality has been good overall - just not a huge fan of waiting so long to receive my items.
