My item was not in stock and I didn't get any notification stating that. Your items are not low-ticket items. You don't want to shed a bad light by not updating the customer. I got nervous thinking I might have been jacked. I feel, for a customer service relationship, the shipment should be expedited as onetime courtesy.

It would be helpful if previous orders were tracked and "re-order" was a choice. If I had this option available I did not see it.

It was easy to obtain a prescription and order what I needed. It was unfortunate that the price of my contacts increased 62.5% from last year. This is not a sustainable increase and I'll likely look elsewhere next time.

I think I may have got to small of a size. I'm 5'7,180 pounds. Not a big face but not small. Should I get a bigger size

The process of ordering the contacts was somewhat easy. There was some confusion by me as to how I provide the prescription. I learned from an online rep that this occurs after the ordering process. My biggest concern is the customer service. I waited on the phone for 14 minutes and no one answered. I was charged shipping on my order. There was no free shipping option. The same day I received an email indicating free shipping, no minimum. The online representative was able to work through the muddled lines and provide a refund. She also indicated that the system wasn't providing a free shipping option, but it should have been.

Purchased an item for Christmas and after a week without an email about delivery or what carrier I reached out to EZContacts only to be told that the item purchased was not in stock and wouldn't be for several weeks. If I had known the item wasn't in stock I wouldn't have ordered and PAID with the intentions of receiving the item before Christmas. Although the email response was very quick and thorough I just wish I had known before hand.

Great price on contacts, but could do without all the annoying emails they subject you to while waiting for your order. I'll be blocking them now that I received my lenses.

Great price but product did not arrive timely. Paid for 3-5 business day shipping and package is scheduled to arrive on day 10. Shipping charge was not refunded.

When I ordered the site said 3 to 5 days but it took over a month. After a couple of weeks When I reached out they told me that the frames were out of stock and they were waiting on re-stock. Why wasn't I told about this immediately? I was getting barraged with emails about sales and specials but nothing about my order. I didn't WANT new glasses I NEEDED them. I was disappointed with lack of communication and waiting excessively long for arrival as a result. Regardless of the service, I am happy with the new glasses.
