Great price on contacts, but could do without all the annoying emails they subject you to while waiting for your order. I'll be blocking them now that I received my lenses.

Great price but product did not arrive timely. Paid for 3-5 business day shipping and package is scheduled to arrive on day 10. Shipping charge was not refunded.

When I ordered the site said 3 to 5 days but it took over a month. After a couple of weeks When I reached out they told me that the frames were out of stock and they were waiting on re-stock. Why wasn't I told about this immediately? I was getting barraged with emails about sales and specials but nothing about my order. I didn't WANT new glasses I NEEDED them. I was disappointed with lack of communication and waiting excessively long for arrival as a result. Regardless of the service, I am happy with the new glasses.

I initially ordered my glasses November 27. I had to call (and by the way, I had to hang up because I was on hold for an and by the way, I had to hang up because I was on hold for an hour with no one picking up), and email ez contacts to see what the holdup was with my frames and prescription. It turns out they had to wait two weeks for the manufacturer to ship the frames to them and no one let me know. Hindy S was very apologetic in our emails and sent me a link for frames that were equivalent to the ones that I initially wanted. Hindy S was amazing and also made sure that my glasses were shipped out within the next two days. I am pleased with how quickly my prescription was taken care of and the frames are beautiful. For that I give 5 stars ⭐️ However the management or marketing team needs to get their mess together . I should not have had to call just to find out the frames weren’t in stock. Hence the three stars.

mostly purchasing from EZcontacts is very good. However, dealing with the staff has been problematic. I have vision issues and my optometrist tells me I can go to a lower prescription if I feel it works for me. EZcontacts make me feel like I'm a prescription seeker (for contacts! If there is such a thing!) The rudeness and accusations have been ridiculous. I tried 1800contacts and I didn't have any issues so I might switch to them. Just my experience

I've ordered from EZContacts a lot over the years as a contact wearer. I'm very happy with the product and the order is shipped in a timely fashion so full stars for those qualities. If you log into your account and select Reorder you will not receive the best price. You need to internet search for your contacts and in the ads, or shopping tab, you will see a significantly more competitive price. As a return customer, this troubles me that I am more or less being fooled into a higher price. Luckily if you contact customer service and complain they handily credit back the price difference but you need to allow for that additional time and effort. Lastly, there is no space to include your Dr's contact information before placing the order. One needs to go back after the order is placed and update the Rx in the account settings. It's very easily missed I just happen to think of it. Again as a repeat customer, I don't remember this being so inefficient.

Easy order purchase, but the checkout page has nowhere to paste my coupon code...WFT! I also have a Black Friday coupon but useless at checkout. Seem like a bait-and-switch scheme with all the coupons pop-ups and emails. Ezcontacts took more than a few days to ship my order; may be because of the holiday season. Ezcontacts normal prices were higher than other sites; only order because of BF deal on contacts.

A great experience all except for the shipping. The website said free shipping provided by USPS. Then they shipped eDHL which is complete garbage. I literally live 2 hrs from their warehouse and it's been 4 days now.... I would definitely have paid for shipping had I known it wasn't USPS.

Your website is not user-friendly. I tried at least 10 times to upload my prescription and it continued to say the contacts you desired were out of stock. When they were sitting in my shopping cart and I was able to check out. You need to be able to upload your prescription in in the checkout process, not by going back to your account

Placed order 11/3. No message until I called 11/17 to ask about the status of my order. Was then notified it was out of stock and was back ordered. Then, glory be, delivery was due 11/25. Then delivery was delayed by an unspecified amount. Finally got delivery 11/28. OK, glitches happen, but it would be nice to keep your customers informed.

They are a company that knows how to bombard a person with emails very day. Too many emails that I have told people how much I would not purchase from them again if not for the price. Once my delivery arrives I will be cancelling all forms of communication from them as they are stupid to think that a person who has ordered months of contact lenses needs four or 10 emails a day to get more. Um... No....

Really good price for the Prada frames I wanted. Charged me right away for them. But then it took 6 weeks to get delivered them to me, which I think is a long time. In the meantime, I get two emails a day from the company trying to get me to buy other stuff.
