they are so much smaller on my face than I was expecting. the virtual try on made them look like they were bigger. They just feel kind of cheap.

No communication between lab and customer service. Spent 20 minutes on hold trying to get in touch with them. Lab emailed only no call when there was an issue.

I have always been pleased with EZcontacts in the past - but my current order was ordered over 2 weeks ago, 11/20/2024, and for some reason still has not shipped.

I ordered glasses 1 month ago and the expectations provided on their website are basically a few days and they will go into processing and be shipped out giving one an indication that they will be here in 10 days or so, and they have a spot in their back office that is supposed to show any updates of the order. Mine never showed any updates at all despite checking on it for 10 days, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks. Nothing... The statements that state expectations of ordering glasses stated on their website, do not apply to the name-brand glasses, but it doesn't say that anywhere. In my couple of attempts to contact them via email, to their credit, I do get a response relatively quickly and the person writes nicely, but the information is not accurate and in one case, it was stated that the information was on their website to properly inform me ahead of time of what to expect, but when cut and pasted what the website said vs what I was experiencing, then she apologized as she was not informed what the website says as far as expectations of timeframe and process once the order is placed. Anyway... for my order for prescription name-brand glasses, it was 1 month from the placement of the order to the first and only indication of any kind that anything was going on, and that indication simply said they glasses were on their way. So from the time of placing my order, one month for the first active communication, not even an update in the web portal, that the glasses were being sent. This would all be acceptable IF they would communicate this on their website instead of what they actually communicate, which is inaccurate. So they need improvement on communication in a major way. Hopefully, they arrive as stated and hopefully, I love them

I have ordered contacts from EZContacts for a couple of years. Happy with the price. Unhappy that this year upon opening 2 different contact packages, one right eye, one left eye there was a tear. The first one was replaced by an EZ rep. The second time I contacted EZ about another torn contact, a rep told me that it wasn't possible to have another torn contact. It was my fault. I wrote back explaining again that upon removal from the sealed package there was a tear. A couple of days later a different Rep emailed apologizing for the torn contact. Stated that a replacement would be sent. Though I appreciate their response but as of yet have not received the replacement.

I have not received my order yet. I did great research to see where I could order my contacts the cheapest. When I ordered on Black Friday, the price was 26.00 more a box than what I researched. I aborted my order. Then I did more research the next day and was able to click on the 72.99 price vs the 99.99 price per box. I quickly made the order. Very happy, but it seems such a game that the web site des not match what you can research on google. For the 72.99 per box, I am thrilled...... if I get my order. More transparency with pricing would be appreciated by customers. The lower price better matches the 69.00 per box I can get from a doctor's office

It is fine -- what annoyed me with this order was that EZContacts advertised a 15% black friday sitewide sale and then increased the sale (after I placed my order) to 20% for "cyber Monday" -- just beware that they might behave in this manner and hod off placing your order. It is not customer friendly behavior.

I placed my order on November 7th for eye wetting liquid. It didn't ship until November 19th. I almost didn't get the shipment before I left town..

I am happy with the glasses, but not the time it took to get them. I ordered October 20th and got the glasses on November 19. I called twice about the length of time it was taking and got a short answer.

Everytime I'm ready to refill my contact prescription, I have to call them to renegotiate pricing. Everytime I go to the website or respond to one of thier emails saying it's time to renew, the price has gone up 50% to nearly 100%! I call speak with a rep, who are always very nice and helpful, and have them pull up my previous order and have them match that price. Only yesterday, they said they could only do a 15% discount. So I used to pay $19.95 for a boc ox 30 lenses. When I go to renew online, it lists them at $39.95 per box. They used to (less than 1 year ago) honor my $19.95 per box. Now they say they can only give me 15% off of $39.95. That is more than inflation - that's corporate greed.

Glasses we good, but it took a very long time. Ordered 10/15/24 and did not get glasses until 11/2/24. 17 days to get the glasses.
