Well I’m still not Receiving anything saying my contacts Are Good and ordered. Also wanting to know when they’re on the way. I did submit the prescription sheet. Wasn’t sure if that was enough.

Great prices and easy to order. However it seemed like it took forever for them to verify the script and send the order (over a week). 1-800 contacts took between 1-2 days for the process, and I would have already had my contacts by now.

glasses were exactly what I ordered, prescription was perfect was just disappointed on how long it took but once they said they shipped they were delivered quickly.

Initially, the sunglasses I ordered were not being shipped out. After some time had passed I reached out to find out that they were on backorder. I was frustrated as no one ever reached out to give me this update which was an inconvenience. However, a representative did inform me of the sunglasses they had that were in stock. Although I did not get the original sunglasses I wanted, I got something else and I did get them promptly thereafter, I just wished that I had informed sooner and/or at purchase that the initial sunglasses I wanted to purchase were on backorder.

Was told would be Free shipping but charged 7.95. Bait and switch. Not happy.

The lenses are great, but the frames have obviously been used before. The temples are bowed and stretched out instead of straight as they are when they come from the manufacturer.

The wrong contacts prescriptions was sent instead of +6.50 & +8.50 I received a - 6.50 & -8.50. I did not see the - and only realized when I tried putting the first pair on. I contacted support by email explaining the situation and I received an email telling me that I was out of luck since the box had been open. I called and after a 62 minutes hold spoke to an agent who was very courteous and said that she would need to see what she could do. At this point I told her excatly what they were going to do. Kiss goodbye to the opened box and make it right and send me my correct prescription. As on top of it I am now without contacts for two weeks. Which I eventually got and the order is on it's way. You guys need someone with the proper prescription on to fill your customesrs orders

Website is easy to navigate and get needed items ordered. We have appreciated the several times we have ordered from you. We have been a happy returning customer. For this time, I am disappointed as of this review there is no follow-up of what was ordered or when it will be shipped. Communication like that is very helpful. I am puzzled by the silence so far.

I ordered the sunglasses over a month ago and they still haven’t shipped. Customer service says that their supply shipment is slow which has caused additional issues. Hope to get them soon!

EZcontacts initially mailed the incorrect product. Asked for a free return label--it was provided. Exchanged item for the correct product. Then the correct product was received with a scratch on the lense.

I have had some good experiences with this company but my last order was on back order and I was never notified. It took 2 weeks to get my contacts.

I called several times to customer service was on hold for several minutes. Finally a lady answered and all I could her was a baby crying and could not hear the lady. Finally was able to get the answer I needed.

The processing fee is ridiculous - just price the contacts as is instead of tacking on huge processing fees
