I just looked and my contacts say they shipped. I just wish I would of received an email saying they shipped with a tracking number.

Ordering was a breeze and I liked that EZ reached out for my Rx to ensure I didn't make a mistake. pricing was also very competitive. Only reason for 4 stars was that processing and fabrication took much longer than expected.

site easy to use. link to load prescription could be easier to find /missed the link --send an email-- email responded within a day with a link to upload my prescription. Thank you for your prompt response!

No complaints about the order process. However, I was disappointed when I was first told that customer service would handle my vision reimbursement request, only to have them later tell me I had to do it myself.

Just beginning my journey with contacts. There is a bit of a learning curve and adjustment period. The order did show up accurately and timely despite the issues i had at the beginning with them saying my address was incorrect. I am very satisfied with the product, i would recommend it to friends and family and i will be repurchasing at the time when i need to replace them.

EZContacts is a very reliable company. It usually has the best price for my eye vitamins and shipping is free and quick. I'm taking one star off because I signed up for shipping texts, which I did receive 2, but di not receive the final one that told me that it was in my mailbox. Therefore, we did not get to it right away and the box got wet.

The only issue I had was that the free shipping (which I wanted) was unable to be selected even though it was an option. Maybe take it off if it’s no longer an option

I appreciate EZContacts but they are not perfect. I submitted a contact lenses purchase but it was rejected because my CL prescription didn’t match my lenses prescription on file. I had to call and wait 45 mins before speaking with a representative. The rep was very nice and helpful but the overall experience was a bit frustrating.

Here was my experience on my purchase in May 2023: Customer Service: Just great, in terms of people answering the phone (relatively) quickly, answering email messages quickly, and having the answers. Product Selection: Just great, for the Bausch & Lomb lenses I was shopping for, at least. Your experience may differ. Shipping: A bit on the slow side. I was surprised how long it took for a couple of small boxes of lightweight contacts to make their way from New Jersey to Boston - over a week. So order your lenses before you need them and avoid this worry! Pricing: Best of the 12 online vendors I surveyed, but not by a wide margin. Reimbursement issue: the only real fly in the ointment. EZContacts refuses to get an assigned NPI number from the government, which made the reimbursement from my insurance company a problem. Most of EZContacts' competitors have an NPI number. I don't know why EZContacts is an adamant "no" on this point. Lack of reimbursement raised the effective cost of the lenses to me as a consumer.

Best prices around. Great selection. Easy ordering process. However you need to accept PayPal. Some of like (trust) using PayPal for payments. Because of this, I gave you only 4 stars.

My experience with EZContacts: I was familiar with ezcontacts but had never purchased from them. I decided to buy a pair of Costa sunglasses from them and had a discount code so the price was very reasonable. I ordered them and waited to get an email that notified me they had been shipped. That did not happen for almost a week. I began to get worried that maybe this was not a legit site. I started to search for reviews of other people's experience with ezcontacts. I found some that said they had good experiences with them and that you could call them and talk to a real person about any issues you have. I did that and found the assistant to be very helpful and he was able to expedite my order. Turns out that the pair I ordered were backordered and so I switched to a different color and got my authentic Costa glasses several days later. In the end it was a positive buying experience and I would definitely buy from EZContacts again. While it's true they could have communicated the back order situation better, the fact that you can call and talk to a real person overrides that for me. Good prices and good customer service. Thank you

EZContacts offers all the great products and ready availability. Ordering contacts online was relatively easy on their website and their prices are very competitive. I was only confused by the offer of 'free shipping', yet shipping charges appeared at checkout on my invoice. Shipment arrived in a timely manner.
