I attempted to reorder an existing order from last February. The pprice had increased by more than $40. When i went searched the internet for the best price I saw at least 3 different prices from your company. I ended up buying them from you again at the same price I paid the last time. You could have robbed me for $40. if I had not spent a bunch of time investigating it. You should take care of your existing customers and not hose them. I am not happy and will probably not be back. I tis cheaper to take care of loyal customers than acquire new ones.

The shipping policy is worse. Ordered sunglasses and now it's been 10 days still not arrived. When ordering said 4 to 5 business days. After email to the company they said that the merchandiser is restocking my item so it will take time. Now I am hand in between money is paid item is not arrived and don't know when will it be shipped 🙃

Appreciate the fast and easy service! Unfortunately, the pair of glasses I received was quite stretched out (seemed to have been tried on many times or by someone with a larger profile). Returning and reordering was simple.

Ordering from EZCONTACTS is just a smooth breeze. Never had an issue. Easy online ordering process, great prices, quick response and my contacts arrived next day! The customer service is communicating with you very well and not to mention they submitted a claim to my insurance company for a reimbursement (of course based on your benefit). Way to go EZCONTACTS!

I tried calling several times, you wait on hold for 29 minutes and they disconnect. I try to get on the website and the link to re-set your password never comes through. The only thing I get from them is more advertisements

The folks at EZ contacts are easy to do business with, they promptly answered my e-mail inquiry about an order I submitted thoroughly and honestly. I cand do a followup once I receive my order, which is why I only gave 4 stars.
