Ordering from EZContacts was an ok experience. My prescription of glasses are progressive lenses with an ADD of 0.85, but they only had 1.00 or 0.75 so I rounded down to 0.75. The glasses however are great and authentic. The ordering process was quick and easy. I chose the 2-day shipping method and it came in 2 days. It took exactly 10 days to ship from the warehouse and 2 days to get to me. Overall great service beside the prescription problems.

I've ordered several times from EZContacts. It's always easy to reorder my contacts. And they always have extra discounts on top of the already great deals. I'll never order from anywhere else.

Bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from them and its been 10 days and the shipping company created the label and its waiting for the item still up in New Jersey. Im down in south FL so probably going to be another week. Im usually very patient but over 2 weeks probably going to be 3 for something that was supposed to take 5-7 days is too long. They sent me out a review email before I received my package which isn't a good idea either. Hopefully I get them within the month and they are in great shape. If they get here anytime soon I'll edit this reviews but definitely not buying from them again. It's worth paying a little extra money and getting them elsewhere.

Placed order on 8/11/2024. Received a reply from EZ Contacts to my 1st review re: no shipping or processing status available. Their reply was their website "clearly" states processing is 3-5 business days. This means it should have been shipped by 8/16/2024. However, it was not shipped until 8/21/2024. Will post another review once I receive the 1 pair of sunglasses I ordered.

I tried ordering from a competitor. Their price was $153 and some change. When I clicked to complete the order the total was $222 and some change with ZERO explanation as to the other charges. I called the customer rep number who told me that was taxes and a processing fee. Needless to say the items were left in my cart and I left as well. Your price on contacts needed was less than theirs, no tax, no processing fee, quick service. Thank you

So far, I have not received my sunglasses so I cannot review the product. I am dissapointed though, the delivery was originally 5 - 10 days and now it has been pushed 15 - 20 days. I ordered them for my upcoming vacation and now I won't have them in time. :(

I attempted to reorder an existing order from last February. The pprice had increased by more than $40. When i went searched the internet for the best price I saw at least 3 different prices from your company. I ended up buying them from you again at the same price I paid the last time. You could have robbed me for $40. if I had not spent a bunch of time investigating it. You should take care of your existing customers and not hose them. I am not happy and will probably not be back. I tis cheaper to take care of loyal customers than acquire new ones.

The shipping policy is worse. Ordered sunglasses and now it's been 10 days still not arrived. When ordering said 4 to 5 business days. After email to the company they said that the merchandiser is restocking my item so it will take time. Now I am hand in between money is paid item is not arrived and don't know when will it be shipped 🙃
