The ordering process, the price, and the fast delivery were great. The sunglasses I purchased didn't fit my face and I am returning them now. Hopefully that process is as great as the purchase!

My only experience with EZContacts has not been good. I don't appreciate being sold something that is out of stock and having to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a restock. While waiting for my glasses to ship, I missed out on similar deals elsewhere. I was not notified of the glasses being out of stock until I personally had to reach out to customer service one week after ordering and wondering why my order had not shipped? Bad business practice, poor transparency on available stock, and bad communication.

I still have not received my order and only heard from them after I reached out to ask what was happening with my order. They charged me immediately - then went quiet. Once I reached out, I received a garden-variety apology of "not our fault" that our vendor is the issue. smacks of deception.

My last order was about 8 months ago and my most recent reorder went up in price by $22! I feel that it’s a significant price increase. Disappointed.
