I still haven’t received the two pair of sunglasses I ordered. They should have arrived on Monday or Tuesday. I’m beginning to think this was an expensive scam. Finally found them today. My daughter-in-law picked them up with her packages . I changed the rating to five stars.

The eyeglasses I purchased were not finished within the timeframe stated on their website. I asked for a refund due to them not completing my order within the timeframe stated. I was denied a refund and was reassured I would get the glasses within another 3-5 business days. Well, I get an email today saying I’m finally receiving the glasses, but they use DHL, which is notoriously late with deliveries. Overall, it was a very disappointing process through the entire thing. I haven’t even received the glasses yet, but this review was solicited and I felt I should leave a few comments/disappointments.

No communication from the company in order delays. Glasses order took longer than a lensecrafters order that was placed almost a week later. When I inquired about cancelling order I was ghosted. save your self a headache and order from someone more reputable.

If it's a law or rule that we need a perscription to buy from you, PLEASE MENTION THAT BEFORE WE GIVE YOU OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!!!!!! It seems like a bait and switch to get that far only to be stopped from purchasing to get you our precriptions. AND, within moments of getting to that stage in the purchase process, I received several spam/junk emails?! That tells me you sell our info regardless of whether we buy anything. Goodbye!

1-day shipping, took 1.5 days to prepare to ship, and now 24-48 hours to get tracking info for shipment that is supposed to take only 24 hours. Nice work.

I called the 800 number for help on an order I made at 7 a.m. Pacific standard time. After waiting 10 minutes, was offered a return call from while maintaining my position in the queue later on in the day. After 3 hours with no return call, I dialed the 800 number once again and received a live person after 1 minute of holding to . 5 hours after my initial call of 8 a.m., I received a return call from a customer representative at 1 p.m. Pacific time. As a 1st time customer, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service wait times and response.
