EZ Contacts will always gain my business. The downfall is when I pay for faster shipping. The items still take as long as standard. EZ should reimburse their customers if they can’t keep their promise to ship within their “OFFERED” window at the price they charge for faster shipping, this is proven over my years with EZ.

This was my first time dealing with EZ contacts and I truly found it easy. As an older women sometimes it is difficult to buy on line but the young man made it very present for me. I got eye frames.

The order was delayed for a week and no communication was made to me, nor was there any information in my account. I had to call in an hunt for a reason why the order was delayed. The customer service rep only offered an excuse, no solutions. I had to request a refund, she didn't even offer one.

I paid for two day shipping so they would arrive prior to my optometrist appointment they weren’t even shipped for days you advertised there was a discount to be applied at check out I never received. I also never received a refund for the two day express shipping I paid for so I would have the frames in time which I no longer need because you didn’t ship them in time. You won’t get further business from me

It is stated that shipping is Free in USA, but I get charged a shipping fee on my first order. I must have not been able to claw thru the barrage of sales pitched and other lines. I may have to rethink this future interaction!!

Haven't received the frames yet since I just ordered them, but the site was quick and easy to use. Only complaint is that I tried to send a message through the website twice regarding the discount code I forgot to use, and I haven't received a reply. I'm not sure if it even went through because there was no confirmation. Other than that, I'm excited to receive the frames. I hope they will fit well. Once the frames come in, then I will review them.
