I received the eyeglass frames and they are crooked one of the arms is higher than the other. I am not happy I wanted to get the lens put in them at my optometrist office before I ago on vacation.😔

Went to a optometrist to look for frames found a pair my granddaughter liked, took a picture of information on frame. Google the information and ezcontacts showed that they carried the frames we were looking for, save about $150. Went to order frames and i must have shop here before because i already had an account setup, differently will always check here before shopping else where.

The representatives at EZContacts were harldy professional. I ordered perscription glasses from them on September 13th. I heard nothing about my order, so on September 23rd I politely asked if they had an estimated shipping date for my glasses. They responded with "I see that your item is currently estimated to be available to ship in 7-10 business day, as indicated on our website." Which was not stated anywhere on the website, and gave me an uncreal answer as to when my glasses might be ready to ship. 7-10 business days from when I ordered them? 7-10 business days from this email response date? On October 2nd I receive an (automated?) email update stating the glasses are taking longer than expected to ship. I reply to the email again simply asking for an expected shipping date. Within hours I get a response that the glasses are already processed for shipment and should ship out in 1 business day. Today is October 4th and I can view the USPS tracking number they provided, however it only states that a shipping label has been created, USPS is still awaiting the item. I replied to the email with a thank you, but my email came back because it was not deliverable to help@ezcontacts.com who I had been contacting previously. I had another email from help@email.ezcontacts.com, so I tried that address. The automated response I received was that my email address had been blocked from that server. At this point I beleive this company is a scam and I will never receive my order. I don't want others to encounter the same experience. I will update this review if I ever receive what I ordered, but if USPS doesn't receive the shiipment then I will try to get a refund. Hoping for the best still.

Pricing varied depending if I went directly to the website or if I search for my contacts on Google and then was directed to the website. $29 vs $43.

I am trying to refill an existing contact prescription. Why isn’t a photo of the contact Len box with prescription displayed be acceptable for an order

I was impressed with the pricing! The only part that I was disappointed with was I couldn't figure out where to apply my 10% coupon so I missed out on that discount!

Great value and great customer service! Couldn’t believe it but I got a pair of Oakleys with transition lenses and am pretty surprised by how everything worked out. I had a couple concerns with my order but customer service was able to resolve it with a good attitude. Will be doing business here again.

Horrible online ordering experience. As part of the prescription uploading process, there is an option to view the upload, so I did so to make sure the pic of my script was legible. But there is not an obvious way to exit the view and return to the ordering process. It kept sending me back to the beginning without confiming my order had been placed. So I went through the process multiple times by accident. I ended up with 3 separate orders of the same thing, was charged for shipping on 2 of the 3, because after the first attempt I decided to pay for faster delivery. Upon discovering I had been charged 3 times a mere 5 hours after ordering, I immediately went back to try and cancel the extra orders. The website has no option for this. Only a contact/email option. It was almost midnight at that point. I sent emails on 2 of the order numbers, but the response the next day was that they had already shipped, and I would be able to return when I received them. However, when I went to start the return process I was informed that I would not only lose the $9.95 I had spent TWICE to ship the 2 extra orders, since these idiots sent all 3 boxes as SEPARATE boxes, but I was also expected to pay an ADDITIONAL $9.95 to ship them back. Lesson learned. Discount contacts means a company with poor customer service that does not care about fostering loyalty or repeat business. I'll go back to using my previous supplier.
