It is shameful that you charge $9.95 for shipping for a single box of contacts. I will be trying a new online contact company from now on

I am still waiting for my order. Up to this time I haven’t received it. If I did not sent an email to ask why my order is taking long to arrive I would have known that it’s in back order. Communicate with your customers effectively!!! Very poor service. I will not order here next time.

Love these frames! Beautiful and flamboyant. I put transition lenses in mine to wear everyday. I strongly recommend to sunny lovers.

Charging 10$ for delivery and delivering this ground in one week is ridiculous! I want my shipping charges back. I won’t order again because of this

Not happy with your website. After I verified my prescription, you rejected it and asked for it again, then you didn't let me know you received it. I ordered off you months back so you should have had my prescription, because it had not been 2 years since for it to expire.

I ordered from EZ contacts because your pricing was the best. 1 800-contacts had a rebate but your pricing was still the best. I am not into doing rebates. As long as EZ contacts are competitive pricing wise I will be reordering from your company again.

I’d really like to give a 5 star review but the wait time for delivery wasn’t what was promised. The pricing wasn’t really any better than at my regular brick and mortar store but the selection was. When my glasses were finally delivered I was very pleased however. I had contacted customer service and they responded in a timely manner and with apologies but I probably won’t order from them again.
