Nice selection, good communication from the vendor. Frames were on backorder so it took a few weeks, only wish I knew that upon checkout. Once received the quality was great and the prescription feels correct and comfortable. Overall 4 stars for selection and quality - removed 1 star for not knowing about the backorder until I emailed them 2 weeks after the order was placed.

Very slow production, and when I reached out to customer service they shared that it can take 7 weeks. Very next day shipping has been updated to on the way. I’ll probably go elsewhere next time

When I ordered, website said my contacts were IN STOCK. Shortly after, the order status said AWAITING RESTOCK, so I contacted them to cancel the order. I never got a reply, except to say we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. That was Monday. Tuesday, no contact, and order still says AWAITING RESTOCK, just like it has been since 3 hours after I ordered last Thursday. Wednesday, no contact, still says AWAITING RESTOCK. I SENT ANOTHER CANCELLATION EMAIL. Wednesday evening, I get a shipping confirmation. Now I have to go through their return process. AWFUL SERVICE.

Online purchasing was easy. Large selection at great prices. I was notified of one product shipping, but was not notified that the other product was delayed. If I hadn't checked my order status, I would not have known. It would be beneficial to know when my product will be in stock. Also, the website should advertise low stock items. Otherwise, great experience. Looking forward to receiving both my products. Waiting on arrival, then decide if I will continue as a customer. Thanks!

I was a bit skeptical at first because everyone was complaining about shipment and delivery but I noticed a trend on these reviews - they don’t understand what business days means lol. EZ contacts was very easy to work with, I was notified when my item was shipped and delivered with no delays. When they say 5-7 business days that’s exactly what that means BUSINESS DAYS. My sunglasses are beyond what I expected and were handled with care. I highly recommend ordering from EZcontacts. Beautiful glasses with an even more beautiful price!

I purchased the same style sunglasses I already own, in a different color. My existing pair was direct from Ray-Ban, but this pair of State Street sunglasses came to me from here with prescription lenses. I knew the style would look great, so I have no issues whatsoever with the Ray-Ban frames. My issue is that the prescription lenses EZContacts put in are so small within the frame holes that they audibly jiggle and make noise when doing anything whatsoever with the sunglasses. Into the case-jiggle jiggle. Out of the case-jiggle jiggle. I can only suspect they’ve been cut too small, as my RayBan direct pair certainly do not do this. Nor does any pair of glasses or sunglasses I’ve ever owned. I suspect they’ve will perpetually be that pair that has lenses that fall out.

Easy ordering process and great pricing. Must submit Rx or do online test. They will not contact your doctor to verify.
