Great price, excellent service and quality glasses! My glasses prescription is Not an easy one to get right, but I am SO Happy with my EZContacts glasses!! They are perfect! I absolutely love them!! I highly recommend EZContacts!!

EZ Contacts is very good and always use them. Only reason is a 4 this time is it took almost 2 weeks to get my new contacts, which have still not arrived, but finally shipped.

Ordered March 21, order shipped 4/4.. contacted company, they had to order contacts from the manufacturer. If I’m not getting exceptionally fast shipping like you advertise then don’t charge me to ship them. I understand having to order them, atleast make her customer aware and NOT have to reach out to the company to find out why they haven’t even been shipped after a week.

I’ve ordered 3 pairs of prescription glasses from EZ contacts. I am so happy with the company, exceptional service, quality, and care goes into their products. Good prices and overall great experience every time I shop with them.

I paid extra for quick delivery but I still have not received my contacts. Please refund my credit card for the extra amount charged. If the contacts don't arrive by the end of the day I will be canceling the order and instruct my credit card company to reverse payment.

So far I’m not pleased with EZContacts, my order was supposed to arrive today and it only just left their facility and is still awaiting tracking info. I don’t appreciate what appear to be deceptive sales techniques likes saying something is in stock and can get to me in 4 days but it takes 10+.

Product took 3 months to arrive. No update provided by EZContacts after over 4 weeks of delay until I reached out. When finally received the order many many weeks later, I was disappointed with the low quality of the product. Designer frames that cost over $300 with lenses that feel flimsy like $20 drugstore frames. Would not recommend for either customer service (poor) nor for product quality (low).

Ordered contacts and sunglasses. The contacts shipped ok. After two weeks I'm being told the glasses are no longer available and any glasses with 3 - 5 day shipping is not available. Why would it take them 2 weeks to tell me what is going on? Poor service.

I used to be able to afford the glasses, I went to purchase a pair yesterday and they went up so with the add ons they force you to pick. I’ll be looking elsewhere to buy a pair of glasses, if I wanted something expensive I would’ve went to an eye glass store. Sad.

When I ordered my contacts it said in stock. Three days have passed and it still says processing when I called them, I was told the contacts were out of stock for two days and that was the delay. No email or anything to notify me of this. Finally the next day I received an email that contacts were shipped and it takes 5-7 days to receive them. Never again will I order from EZ CONTACTS. Going back to 800 Contacts that ships out the same day and arrive within 1-2 days.
