Process from start to finish was easy; picked out what I wanted, uploaded the Rx information, hit ApplePay and within 20 minutes, received word my order had shipped. I could not ask for a better experience.

I am a first time customer of EZContacts. I have been wearing contacts for more than 40 yrs and have dealt with numerous providers over the years. When I went on EZ's site and saw the price of what I needed I was skeptical because it beat the competition by a long shot and I expected hidden add ons to the price when I went for check out but found that they are legit in selling them for the advertised price with no hidden fees.I was not in a rush so I chose the free shipping in 5-7 business days and they delivered them within that period. Very happy first timer.

customer service is a joke. They cannot read or respond to requests. Also, when you place your order theey tell you five days after the fact that your items are not in stock. Look else where for your glasses. They are not worth the hassle

Beware of the free shipping promotion. I used it and they shipped it without the free shipping. They are refusing to honor it. I gues I will just return the entire order.

I am truly disappointed. You guys have charged me twice. I had already paid full amount of 106.95$and you asked me to pay again. 139.95$. You are supposed to only taking 33 $ but charged again 139.95$. This is very disappointing. And I never got any response since.

Kind of lame that I entered info for the initial promo code and then there was no place to enter a code when I purchased. Quick to ship and expect everything else will be smooth and correct.
