My order was delayed while waiting for a restock. I wrote to inquire about an ETA and expected a vague response. Instead Monica was very detailed with the status and offered a solution so I didn’t have to cancel my order. Then to my surprise I recieved an update from Noyana that the full order could ship the next day! Way to go customer service, outstanding job!

Glasses took over a month to ship. Also, I did not receive any updates on my order at all.

The fact that this company charges $9.95 for shipping is unfortunate. There is no way it costs that much to mail the item so it's obvious the company is trying to pick up extra dollars here.

I liked the price compared to other options, but the lenses I received are not even close to the correct size for the glasses. The lenses move around and I can hear them shifting when I move my head. Very disappointing and will not order from here again.

Excellent customer service!!! Molly was such a big help with me splitting payment between my FSA card and debit card. It was so quick on her end. Always have a good experience ordering, and my contacts arrive quickly and order is always correct.

The order took weeks to ship and when I sent a request to cancel the order was told it was shipping soon. Soon was several days later and upon arrival I received blue frames when I had ordered green ones. Didn’t feel like doing a return but I don’t recommend this company.

It was super quick and easy to reorder my contacts online. Took me less than 3 minutes for a refill. Their prices have not gone up over the past year which is super. Communication is excellent.

I ordered my contacts in March 17. 2025 and as of today April 72025 I have yet to receive them. I finally got a notice they are shipping today which appears it will take some time to get here. I have been so frustrated by the delay and if I didn’t notify them I would never know they were out of stock. Customer service was responsive when I did email them yet upset I’m still paying for delivery. At the very least they could have expedited the shipment.
