I received my Saint Laurent sunglasses within a timely manner. However, I was sent a pair of demo sunglasses with the logo on the lens. I am not pleased with that.

Only issue is free shipping (3-5 days) was shown as an option, but not available to click on for some reason. I had to select the one that cost. That seemed misleading and unnecessary only to get an extra $10.

I ordered 2 weeks and 4 days ago and the order is still processing even though the website states 5-7 business days

I ordered basic Oakley sunglasses on 2/23 and just received word they have shipped. I guess that is normal time.

Honestly, this is a no-muss, no-fuss, user-friendly website. Reordering took me no more than 5 mins... maybe less. Just super easy to use and will definitely be ordering in the future!

I will never ever order from them again. As someone who shops online 90% of the time. I’m fully aware of order processing time. I was in need of an urgent order because my usual vendor was out. EZContacts advertised receipt by a particular day, however they did not deliver (pun intended). When asked, they tried to lecture and almost scold me on the difference between processing time and delivery time. Again, I understand they are completely different. Do you!!?! Here’s a crazy thought: If you are going to advertise a delivery by date, that should include your processing time - but that’s just me. Will not be ordering again.

Order took awhile and I reached out but was informed that it could take up 5-7 days, and it was stated on the website - cool my bad. So I waited and had them next day business for shipping. Got them 9 days later and they weren’t even the right glasses. Complete wrong style, color, and prescription. Reached out and they took awhile to get back to me and requested evidence of what was shipped. Sent them everything and it’s been 2 hours and haven’t heard back yet.

The buying part was seamless, but the shipping is less than desirable been over a week and it hadn't been shipped yet.

Prices are good. Haven’t received the glasses yet but one thing I would like to do in the future is to pay for expedited shipping. If you opt for 5-7 days, it takes they take their time. Took them 8 days to ship mine.
