“May need a space to add further information. For example, when saying there is jaw clicking etc, it may be minor or severe and there's nowhere to indicate that.”

“Very happy with the service provided and quick turnaround time so far. Only suggestion is to make that consent form available before making the full payment or to have a different approach on it. It made me think twice about the process. But Ez Smile offered to provide a full refund if I have any concerns. They wanted to make sure that I was happy to proceed.”
