“Highly recommend Ez Smile for the low hassle teeth straightening procedure. My teeth were on the very bad scale of teeth crookedness and it has worked 95% for a cost of 25% of braces so I am very happy with the outcome and tell everyone I know to check out Ez Smile and just do it! (I am a shop keeper so I know a lot of people) I would of gave 5 stars if my Teeth were 100% as one of my front teeth is still a little bit forward of the other one but I am still very happy with the outcome for the price paid.”

“Last retainer broke very easily, ordered some new one hopefully these are better. Also is it the same price for a retainer at top retainer only as it is for the the set top and bottom. If so that is a rip off”

Hi Riley, our records show that your retainer lasted about a year. This is normal in the initial stages of retention, there is more pressure on retainers as teeth are trying to shift back. Retainers usually last longer after the initial stage, but we do always recommend renewing them at least annually to ensure the retainer keeps doing its job effectively. In terms of same price for top retainer only, this is incorrect. You treated upper only so you will get 2 Upper retainers with the set. You ordered 2 sets so will get 4 retainers. We will happily refund one of those sets if you wish. We are certainly not a rip off. Thanks
