“I’m very pleased with my new doors (front and back door). They both look fantastic! The only but is that you always have to remind to lock the door behind you from inside otherwise kids can open it and go out to easily. The installation was super profesional, the guys were very friendly and left the place spotless taking also away the old doors. There was a small problem with the back door during the weekend but it was sorted in no time. I was emailing Fairco on Sunday night and I have a guy on my door at 8am on Monday to fix it so thumbs up to customer service too!

To the two lads who spent Mon-Wed installing in my Mum’s, they were hard working and courteous and attentive to the questions and queries of my mum and to myself also when I’d visited the house. They were clean working and fully explained what each day’s installation would entail. They are a credit to themselves and Fairco as a whole.
Save for a few minor things like the key barrels to be replaced and a broken window on delivery to be replaced, in the coming days, which I know will be expediently addressed, the whole process has been exceptionally easy and professional and the face to face dealings with the staff at every customer contact point from Sales query, through initial sales visit, through follow up contact, Showroom visit, Site Survey & installation, you should be commended one and all for your professionalism and customer service.
