“We recently had a new window replaced in our home. FAIRCO offered the best price, their workers were very professional and clean. After about 3 weeks, we noticed a layer of condensation on the outside of the new window in the morning and this caused us some concern. We called several times and the only response we would ever receive back was via email. The email always included a leaflet on condensation. But we had difficulty getting someone on the phone to proved additional info to our questions. This is why we are not giving FAIRCO a 5 star rating. We are u sure if we would contact them again for any additional work.”

“another window was cracked in error there was a lot of clean up and dust installation and window was very good”

“Though we found your sales team great , and good communication back up from your support team. we are disappointed that parts are still missing from the lounge window after a couple of visits. Hopefully the install will be fully completed when the porthole window glass is to be installed on Monday 11/03 fingers crossed”

Hi Christina, Can you please help us understand your review a bit more. We provided you with cleaning products when we left? But you were happy with the installation and the product?
