“A great team to deal with & very focused on ensuring that all the small details were taken care of. One small gripe concerning not having been made aware that extra keys would be relatively expensive ( 100 euro when courier costs and customs duty were discharged ). I should point out though that three keys were supplied with the door.”

“Got my conservatory windows replaced, the old ones were all fogged up It looks fantastic Just like new Paddy and Stephen did a great job with very little disruption Very happy customer”

“Good work and hard working crew. But be aware that when you sign to pay every penny up front before any work is started they mean it. They will hound you for the last penny .”

The two lads were so professional and tidy and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result, we are so happy with our new Apeer door and would highly recommend Fairco to anyone thinking of changing their doors. “Thank you so much for the service. The new doors work perfectly. I love the sash door, it brings the outside into the sunroom. The new utility door with the repositioning opening "out" not "in" has given me a lot more space. Looking forward to doing more business with you in the future.”

“I’m very pleased with my new doors (front and back door). They both look fantastic! The only but is that you always have to remind to lock the door behind you from inside otherwise kids can open it and go out to easily. The installation was super profesional, the guys were very friendly and left the place spotless taking also away the old doors. There was a small problem with the back door during the weekend but it was sorted in no time. I was emailing Fairco on Sunday night and I have a guy on my door at 8am on Monday to fix it so thumbs up to customer service too! Will definitely recommend Fairco to anyone!”

“The doors are nice, quickly and efficiently installed, nice crew and all people nice to deal with. An error was made with the door colour and also with receipt of one of my payments, it took quite a while between deciding to get the doors with the salesman(3rd wk in September) and getting them installed (14th December) but all's well that ends well”

“Price was competitive, sales process was good and accommodating, installation was smooth and clean/tidy and the Windows were good quality. The only feedback is that I would have liked the option to pay the final payment after I had inspected the work, instead I was forced to pay before installation which made no sense to me. 4.4 out of 5 stars (rounded down). Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.”

“We were fully satisfied with our initial contact and through the sales and engineers process. We are also happy with the windows, though I am not sure that the handle on the ensuite window is working perfectly as it drops down when closed? The fitters were pleasant and efficient but could have protected the cobblelock which was not covered. The porch door was touched up during installation and would like a container of this as I was not aware that this would be needed. Though the inside door was certainly touched up during installation, it certainly isn't perfect. Again, I expected these doors to be absolutely perfect when being installed but weren't. I would like someone to look at the inside door and assess it in relation to ongoing work needed?”
