“We would just like to say thank you to Victor and Frank for the great job they did on our windows. The entire team at Fairco are amazing from the lovely ladies in the office, the salesman and the installation team. The windows are brilliant, we honestly cannot believe how quiet it is in the house and the finish is excellent. We would recommend getting windows and doors with the company as the level of service and quality is outstanding.”

“We had our windows installed on Friday. I would just like to commend your fitters. Their work was exceptional, everything was finished so well. They did an amazing job and cleaned up so well that you would not even know they had been here. Also so happy with the windows, they look amazing. We would highly recommend you to anyone. Thanks so much.”

“We just had Fairco windows fitted and we’re very pleased with the service we got from Fairco. The installation process was very efficient , the team arrived exactly when they said they would and had the windows fitted within 7 hours, they even tidied up afterwards and left no trace ! I can’t believe the difference the windows have made to the house .. we no longer hear any noise from the street and I think we are going to notice a huge difference in the winter. Definitely a 5 star service !”

“Very professional approach to the job. Tony, Paddy and the team went about their work with very little inconvenience to us, they did a great job and cleaned up after them. A very good experience with a beautifully finished product. The windows look great and the added insulation and noise reduction is immediate.”

“I wanted to advise you that I have been more than impressed with the 2 staff members I have been in communication with from Fairco. I called about 2 days ago and spoke to a very impressive woman on the phone called Linda. She talked me through the options in an exceptional manner and as I was totally anti PVC and am now about to place an order you can see how good she is at her job from a distance! She took her time and made a huge effort with me. Dean called out yesterday and followed up very swiftly with a quote. Again, he was not pushy but very thorough and had a lovely manner. He went through the colour options, styles etc and was equally as impressive as Linda. They are a credit to your company. I am in business myself and I know that staff and service are key factors to a successful business. I felt it was important to acknowledge these 2 individuals because people are quick to complain but seldom bother to compliment. Please pass on my compliments to both of them.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. This is our second time using Fairco windows and doors. The first time was to completely replace all windows and doors in our house some ten years ago. This time we needed to install new windows and a door in our shed. From start to finish the friendly service and professionalism from the office staff to the surveyor and of course the installers was extremely good. “Victor & Frank have just left having fitted our new sliding door. I can't begin to thank the boys enough for all their kindness & patience with my fussiness & questions. They explained everything as they went along as the old wooden under-board had rotted & I was very anxious about the job. They re-siliconed our Fairco back door where the silicon had come away owing to old paint underneath. Again many thanks for the job. All the best to all the team who dealt with us, Paul, Peter & the ladies in the office. Stay safe, B & S.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for looking after us. Your Engineer called and within a minute the problem was solved. The plastic stopper at the base of the door had become dislodged causing the door not to close - so simple when it's pointed out - great service as always and we most importantly feel safe and secure again. Keep safe.”
