“I meant to do this before Christmas however time became non existent so mid Jan here we are.
I rarely do this (as I dont often get the opportunity as good service is not something one finds easily these days) however I cannot speak highly enough of Fairco and the incredibly professional staff you have working for you. From the first moment of entering your shop in Terenure where I met a very friendly and helpful lady, Gavin calling out not a minute past the time agreed and Kevin being just as punctual as Gavin, it was an absolute pleasure having Fairco do our front door (which I adore btw). Not only were Gavin and Kevin punctual, efficient and very professional, they were extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
We then got the installation date and another two gentlemen (names escape me)arrived on the button of 9am. They were clean, efficient and left the place in pristine condition. They also took the time to drop all tools when I was leaving in the car to help take ice from the windscreen which was above and beyond the call of duty.
A simple thank you email therefore and to the MD of Fairco, you should be very proud of your staff, i am yet to deal with any other company with such professionalism.
I would love to say Ill be back but I will NEVER change my gorgeous new door.

“I have had problems with both doors since they were installed in 2015
Currently my back door needs to remain locked as when we open it we cannot secure again. As a family of girls we contact my son to secure the door when we need to open it. Fairco have not seen fit to prioritise my issue and as a result my house has been left unsecured when I couldn't reach my son to come and lick the door.
Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with fairco and will not recommend to others
The fact I have had ongoing documented issues and continue to have is totally unacceptable given the price if the doors”
