“I wanted to advise you that I have been more than impressed with the 2 staff members I have been in communication with from Fairco.
I called about 2 days ago and spoke to a very impressive woman on the phone called Linda. She talked me through the options in an exceptional manner and as I was totally anti PVC and am now about to place an order you can see how good she is at her job from a distance! She took her time and made a huge effort with me.
Dean called out yesterday and followed up very swiftly with a quote. Again, he was not pushy but very thorough and had a lovely manner. He went through the colour options, styles etc and was equally as impressive as Linda.
They are a credit to your company. I am in business myself and I know that staff and service are key factors to a successful business. I felt it was important to acknowledge these 2 individuals because people are quick to complain but seldom bother to compliment.
