“We have just had two doors fitted from Fairco and are absolutely delighted with them. The team from Fairco were very helpful, friendly and professional from the first visit to talk to us about the choices of doors, to the engineer who accommodated all our requests and the fitters who did an excellent job installing the doors. I would definitely recommend Fairco!”

“We recently had a new window replaced in our home. FAIRCO offered the best price, their workers were very professional and clean. After about 3 weeks, we noticed a layer of condensation on the outside of the new window in the morning and this caused us some concern. We called several times and the only response we would ever receive back was via email. The email always included a leaflet on condensation. But we had difficulty getting someone on the phone to proved additional info to our questions. This is why we are not giving FAIRCO a 5 star rating. We are u sure if we would contact them again for any additional work.”

“From the moment we made contact with Gavin on your sales team the process was seamless, from getting prices, to the many changes we wanted to the survey and then finally to the installation team. Reg and the team were great on site, extremely efficient, clean and professional I would and will recommend Fairco to anyone looking for window replacement”

“We recently had a front door fitted by Fairco and found the quality and service was excellent every step of the process. The product was competitively priced and overall efficiency and standard of the final installation was excellent. All waste was removed from the site and the door looked superb !”

“Door is 3 years old. Silver knocker and letterbox are rusting...not weatherproof or durable. Rang customer care.. didn't want to know..seemed well used to this issue.. said I could pay to get it replaced. Really disappointing as it was really expensive door and Fairco seem reputable.”

Dear Anne, Our records show your installation was carried out on the 11th of January 2020. You contacted our office on the week of the 28th of August 2023 to discuss the replacement of the letter box and the door knocker. We offered to replace the items and explained there would be a charge.

“I would like to say that I was very impressed with the whole experience for start to finish, the initial visit to discuss my needs, the survey, visiting the showrooms and the final installation. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. I have to make special mention of Sean and Will who installed the doors and windows. They were efficient, but left nothing undone, explained what they were doing and left the house as they found it. I would highly recommend Fairco to anyone.”

“From the moment I contacted Fairco to the completion of my window installation, the courtesy, response & service provided was second to none. From the team members who visited, including the Surveyor, they were knowledgable ,professional & informative. Tony & Jordan are in a league of their own. They arrived on time, covered the required areas with dust sheets, worked tirelessly & cheerfully & left the place spotless each evening . I cannot rate the staff I have dealt with highly enough.
