“I was contacted Susan who gave me some sound advice with regard to getting divorced, continued to help by email with a few questions, gave me a fair quote and helped me gain my divorce papers without even a face to face meeting. “I contacted Kimberley in April 2016 after a year of feeling very frustrated with my previous solicitor. I felt unconfident in my own abilities and what I could and couldn’t do about my case. I felt that my previous solicitor would encourage me to compromise on almost everything. I emailed Kimberley alongside a few other emails. It was a fairly long email, explaining my situation. Kimberley was quick to respond to me and from the moment I spoke to her, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulder – she took charge of the situation. Kimberley completely understood me and the nature of my opposition. Kimberley has worked with me till date, consistently offering me strong legal advice, words of encouragement and moral support. There were times where I didn’t like the advice I was given however I knew to trust Kimberley as she had my best interests at heart. Kimberley has not made any errors in the handling of my case. I felt that Kimberley was fighting my corner at every point. Kimberley did not ask me compromise on what I felt was in the best interest of my child which I felt that my previous solicitor did to make things easier because of difficult opposition. With Kimberley’s advice, I have grown as a person into someone who is much more confident in the handling of my case. Kimberley has always been extremely quick to respond to my emails or call. I have sometimes emailed Kimberley late in the evening and she has responded that very same evening which meant that I could rest peacefully. It is a huge comfort to know that your solicitor is not going to take a week to respond to your query! When my mother suffered a heart attack, Kimberley took the time to offer her support and kind words. Kimberley has brought the case to a point of resolution and I feel like I am back in control of my life, my time and to feel confident in my decision making. I would not hesitate to ask for Kimberley to handle any future matters and I am rest assured that I have found the best solicitor for my child and me.”
