Had numerous calls emails sent and sadly no one does anything but read from a card , was told by emma from her master butcher to cut the bones out myself and roll the flat slab of pork belly. Poor customer service after being good customer third delivery.

Sorry to say the pork chops did not smell fresh, so I had to cook them too much to ensure no problems. This was two dsys before thedate on the packet. Otherwise everything was fine.

Was excited by prospect of butchers favourite hanger steak. Unfortunately it has been really underwhelming and poor in flavour. Extremely chewy too despite kamado which normally brings the best out of meat. Bought tons of it too!

hi, sad to say they didnt meet my expectation. i wanted smoked bacon, they didn't tell me they couldn't deliver till the day before delivery. i placed my order 3 weeks ago, so I'm disapointed

Bacon very wet. Burgers produced a lot of water when cooked.

Brought order from Farmison a week delivery, no issues in this climate . Received on Saturday, wrong order item placed in the delivery, contacted support no offer to change just said it would be nice, it was ok but I never ordered it and wouldn't have. The meat we purchased was very disappointing - burgers use by date on the 9/04 but now the meat is so brown we had to throw away. Looking at the full order really short dates and the chicken (jointed chicken )which was vac packed use by the 7/04 stank and had to be thrown out. Very disappointed especially at the prices

not what I expected , the burgers were uneatable ,no seasoning what so ever , just animal fat in vast quantities the lamb chops were small and for £16.00 it must be the most expensive lamb in the country,the pork chops have not been consumed yet but do not look like your on line pictures , blood every where in the packing which taints the product,i expected a lot better even with the presentation, not what I expected

I was very disappointed in the jointing of the two chickens. Very messy. I expected legs and breasts, or thighs, drumsticks and breasts, and the main carcass for stock - which I did not receive. I paid £18 and £15 for these birds, however what I received was two thighs inexpertly butchered, one of which had part of the carcass attached, breast, drumsticks and wings, but no carcass - so useful for stock. I know how to joint a chicken and am surprised that the Farmison employees don't. For the fortune I paid for these birds I will not be shopping again - and I only ordered from you because panic buying had left shops and supermarkets bare.

Have been using farmison for quite a while now and the quality is always good but to increase the the price of lamb chops from £20 for 10 4.2oz chops to over £40 in under a month is totally wrong and has left me feeling you are taking advantage of the ongoing corona virus. I emailed asking why, and was told there cost had increased by 20%, so where does the other 80% come from?

Everything else I've had from Farmison has been excellent but I've fallen out with the bacon. Despite what the website photo suggests, it is thin and fatty. In addition, the way it is vacuum packed compresses the bacon together so that it's impossible to get out as a whole rasher, it just falls apart. It would be much better (and more environmentally friendly) to pack the bacon as a stack of rashers, it's not as if it's on display.

Have only eaten 2 of the products in this box so far and have been disappointed with both. The chicken Ballantine was inedible full of greasy off cuts formed into a round and wrapped in bacon to hold it together and then a cheese a leek sauce stuffed in to hide the flavour - just awful The chicken breasts were ok byt nothing special. If this is your idea of the better meat we should be eating I’m not that impressed.

the ribs of beef at a guess were from a bullock? Iknow that Heifer merat is always more tender than bullock beef. For the price you charge ,the taste was really poor! I could buy a full crop of beef ,4 ribs from my local wholesaler, killed 12 days since, hang in my conservatory for 3 weeks ,and grass fed heifer beef will be far in front of yours, cost of 4 ribs £65 to 75 off a 240 a side Heifer. Iam really loathe to trty any of your other beef . Do you only kill Bullocks or young bulls with 2 teeth?

Evening, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed in some of the products you recieve. All of our meat comes from small heritage herds which are grass reared and finished with little or no human interference. This means that each animals growth rate is entirely natural as is the ratio of fat to meat which of course adds to the flavour. On of our customer service team will be in touch tomorrow to gather further information from you.

Was let down at Christmas. When order arrived no turkey. Was told they must be out of stock, I was refunded but ruined our family get-together after Christmas. This was a special gathering the first one after losing lost dad in July

I ordered 4 60 day aged rib steaks. Two were good quality as I have come to expect from farmison. The other two were full of fat and gristle 1/3 of the steak inedible, for an expensive aged cut it was very disappointing.

Unfortunately no giblets and the stuffed legs were tough and difficult to eat. The turkey crown though was very good , moist and tasty. I would not order again.

I ordered my Christmas meat on the 1st Dec nice and early and waited in for delivery on 23rd Dec from 7:30am but I'd had no indication of delivery through email, text or anything so I called Farmison's in the afternoon looking for delivery information. I was not best pleased with the reaction I got as it was not informative at all and I was told I would be contacted before end of day so no idea if it was coming or not. I waited an hour and called back - again asked to be patient but still no idea if it was on it's way or not. I don't mind mistakes as they do happen however I do mind being treated like a child who can't take hearing the truth. On the third call I was finally given excuses about new systems and end result my order would not be delivered until the following day. DPD sent an hour window as they always do but wasting 2 days for a delivery at this time of year was a bit more than I was willing to forgive. If I'd been told straight what was going on when I first called I could have used my afternoon sitting around more wisely.

I ordered a goose, gammon and various sundries in October. The order was confirmed on 14/10. On 23/12 a box arrived minus the gammon. I telephoned as this was the centre piece of Christmas Eve dinner. After being passed from woman to woman I was assured the gammon would arrive the next morning. At 4 pm I was telephoned and told you had not got one to send. I was assured the cost would be refunded to my card. As at today 30/12 nothing has been refunded and frankly I feel let down, no apology and no refund.

45 DAY DRY-AGED HERITAGE BREED SIRLOIN OF BEEF was tough and tasteless. Such a disappointment. A shame because the goose and the pork we also ordered was superb.

Very disappointed with the size of the cuts and also the flavour. Wrote to Farmison by email to discuss but got no response. Delivery was good though.
