“I spent time in a chat window with an idiot who had NO clue how to address the software issue I was facing. I ended up emailing support and received the same stupid answer I received from the person I was chatting with. BOTH solutions DID NOT work. FYI...I will NEVER purchase software from your site again. Additionally, I have blasted how POOR your tech support is and the INABILITY to assist a customer all over Facebook, Twitter and have blogged regarding how POOR the interaction was with Fast Software. Lastly, I figured out how to install Visio. Your Tech Support should be retrained!”

“Didn't get my software initially, also didn't seem to hear back from customer support. However, everything they sent got junk filtered so in hindsight I saw that they did respond quickly and my bad experience was completely the result of overaggressive email servers.”

“I am having loads of issues with the software sometimes does not load up or i open it and it freezes. the outlook on the emails takes an age to load then freezes or does not start up. feel very disappointed”

“I bought one of their products and then my computer broke. I paid £25 for something I only had use of for a few months. I sent Fast Software an email asking if I could reinstall Office 16 on my new computer and was totally ignored, would I buy anything else from them? Probably not, nothing wrong with the product but the after sales service is not good.”

“Not as advertised. Not a 64bit download. Just a 32 bit like all the rest. Took a long time and several web sites to get it to work and I am not sure my copy is now legal.”

“I live in Tacoma, Washington not far from Micro Soft headquarters, in Redmond Washington, and the downloaded product and Key did not work. Not happy with your product at this time. I would not mind a refund back to my credit card. Cell 1-253-239-7687 EdWilliams991@gmail.com”
