“If I could give minus stars I would!!! Unbelievably bad service. Consistently deliver my parcels to a local service station without any notification. Just happen to drop in to get fuel to be told “there’s a parcel here for you for the last week or so”. I have given negative reviews previously and even the response to the review is a stock answer probably provided by a chatbot, that says it all, couldn’t even be bothered to actually look at the complaint. I’ve paid a delivery charge to have goods delivered to my home address, not so I can go and collect it myself from some random location.”

Firstly, this is the only bad review I've ever written. Any service can have a bad day but this crowd take the biscuit! They are reckless , rude and the driver thinks he is above having to drop to goods to the door on the address supplied. I have put up with shoddy service from Fastway for some time because I loved ordering from Asos and LookFantastic. .Today was the last straw. I got an email saying that the driver had unsuccessfully "attempted" to deliver my parcel. This is a lie. The delivery address was my workplace and there is always someone at the front desk. The driver did this out of spite because I asked him to drop it to the correct address and not the business downstairs. He told me he would do as much and he was true to his word. I will not use any company that continue to use Fastway as their courier.”
“Farcical avoid at all cost why any company would use this so called delivery service is beyond me !!!!!!! email said left packet at the front door in the middle of a housing estate dozens of people walking by every hour and yes got home no packet Farcical !!!!”
“Email said delivery of new cooker taking place today between 9am and 5 pm so had old cooker disconnected and stayed in all day ( missing prayer service and afternoon bowls plus no dog walking). Now 6pm no cooker, no way to make hot meal and no message from Fastway.”

Incredible crass behaviour from delivery drivers who rang to say he'll deliver the order soon then disappeared.
ALL companies should avoid ever engaging with this company as a choice for their stock items to be delivered to customers. No customer service email or phone to contact. This should be your first clue on lack of any customer service actual service. AVOID!”
“This company is a complete joke. I have had numerous issues with them up and down and all they do is end up ignoring your issue. This time they came to my house out in the countryside at 03.30hrs. The middle of the night and woke everyone up, left the package outside in the rain and drove off. This company should be shutdown. Completely incompetent. On the verge of being a scam company as far as I can see at this stage with the service I've gotten over the years.

“If I could give a minus 10 I would, saying package was delivered but never got it, basically stealing people's Xmas presents, no way of contacting them, should be forced to shut down fit for fraud”
“If this could be 0 stars it would be. I have never seen a company care so little about it's performance and customers before. Delivered to the wrong address despite eircode being available. They do not respond to emails, which is the only method of contact since they've shut their phone lines. Online customer service just cuts the chat saying when I ask questions . Will be ensuring I do not buy from any company who use their services again as it is too difficult to resolve any problems with them.”
“Package's almost always are apparently delivered with "authority to leave " but there is . no Package!?!!
Has been left outside neighbours ( in the rain..) , outside a pub that was closed at the time and has been thrown beside peer in a puddle of water! Honestly don't know how they're still in business!!!????
If the are any businesses out there reading this know I will NOT be buying anything from you if you are using these cowboys for delivery!!!!”
“Parcel never delivered to my address only got the parcel when I called for fuel at a service station 10 miles from my address 11 days later. If you can’t find the address at least take parcel back to depot and contact the customer.”
“I chose to have the package delivered to a pickup point rather than to my home as I was out that day. I got an SMS to say it was delivered on Friday morning and I went to collect it on Friday night. The staff in the shop would not give it to me without a PIN from Fastway but I was told it could take up to a week to get the PIN to collect the parcel, even though I could see the parcel there on the counter, addressed to me.
Eventually the guy in the shop gave me the parcel after he photographed my ID.
The following Tuesday afternoon, after e-mails to Fastway, I finally got the PIN to allow me to collect my delivery.”
“My package was delivered to the wrong house. My neighbour 3 houses up received package at the time he was away so didn’t get it until he returned home 3 days later. The company I ordered from said package was delivered and signed for which never happened who signed for it who knows.”
“Extremely bad service. Checked tracking on my parcel and they have Unable to deliver card left with customer - Rang - No Answer. Been at home the whole day and did not receive one call from them.”
