I have not yet received my order which was shipped July 16,2920. Emailed your company ...they said it was sitting in someplace and you would be sending another order.?????

Ms. Newton, we do apologize that your order was not received as quickly as you had anticipated. Your order was reshipped on Tuesday, August 4th in response to the email you sent us looking for your order. In our response to your email, we also expressed our regret that "Due to the Coronavirus situation and processing facility still having fewer people working, product has been moving slower. We hope this will improve within the coming months." Please also be advised that the USPS website continues to publish the following: "ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED." Received my book, which was a gift for my father, the envelope was ripped, the book was ripped on the binder and the first third of the pages were also ripped.

They sold me a #35 computer book what was written 10-11 years ago !!! Can you believe this. Same time I also purchase a health book that is very good. I would have sent the computer book back, The World's Easiest Computer Book back however I had yellow underling the publication date of 2013, written again more than 10 years ago. For example no mention at all about the famous "Cloud" and other items. Nothing at all about Apple products. However the health book, "Super Abundant Health" is an excellent book and worth the same $35. They also refer to Religious matters, nobody else sells merchandise this way. This is a Bad, Bad company to take out of old wherehouse and sells SEVERAL years outdated computer books and fooling other people like me that purchased their 2018 computer book and thinking this was an annual update for 2019. Unbelievable. I will tell others about FC&A.

Terrible, Terrible Customer service. I ordered one Jar of pain relief cream on February 21, 2019 today is March 19 and I did not receive it. Everytime I call they say it has left your facility and that is all they know. I called today and canceled the order and I hope my account gets refunded or I will be calling for the 10th time. This has been very, very aggravating to say the least. I ordered three jars and paid expedited shipping and I received that. I will rethink ordering from your company again.

I have ordered books before and was very satisfied with the product and service. However, my latest purchase has yet to be received. The delivery date has come to pass and I have not received my order. I called FC&A too inquire and I was told that there is a problem with the delivery contractor, and I should be receiving my order shortly. I am still waiting.
