“Never received it. Tracking number showed USPS never received it from you. Called you and was told it would be re shipped, emailed you to find out what new tracking number would be and you never responded. Very disappointed.”

We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. On 3/1/19, we identified a carrier issue and all packages that originally shipped between 2/14/19 and 2/28/19 had to be reshipped. This was completed last week by a new carrier and we trust this will not occur again. You should receive the replacement by the end of this week and a $4 coupon. Thank you for your patience. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our records show your most recent order is scheduled for delivery today which we recognize is longer than usual. “I ordered "Super Abundant Health for Seniors". What I received was "Super Abundant Health". This is classic "Bait & Switch", as I would not have ordered this publication without its having been represented as being "for Seniors".”
