I am very happy with the purchase. I ordered the box in black, but was contacted by customer service within couple hours , because only red ones were available at the moment. The replacement was processed immediately. The box is very high quality and the necklace fits perfectly.

Unfortunately my original order was lost somewhere in our postal system. Anthony, Fetpak's customer service representative, was very helpful in sending out a duplicate order in a very timely way. He was extremely courteous, concerned and helpful. This is the kind of customer service all businesses should have.

I have ordered Nitrile gloves twice now from Fetpak. The gloves are fine, and are a good price, but both times it has taken a week or more to ship from Long Island NY to Allentown PA via Priority Mail with USPS! (the email said it would take about 2 days) Fetpak needs to look into why shipping takes so long or change to a more reliable service. I need these gloves to provide care for my mother, and now I will need to place an order 2 weeks in advance to make sure I don't run out. Ridiculous!

Hi Marilyn, we researched your two orders with us and found that you ordered on Oct 15th and Dec 4th and both times we shipped your order out via Priority Mail on the same day as ordered. Transit time to your location is 2 days. In tracking your orders both have taken about one week to arrive, as you said. Not sure why your packages are being delayed by USPS. We are thinking the issue may be in the last mile delivery especially if you live in a rural area. However even in a rural area you should receive your order in 2 days. We are sorry for the in transit delays. One suggestion is to contact your local post office with the tracking numbers and see if it was held by them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

These are small bags and I use them for disposing solids from kitty litter pan. I use one or two per day and they are very well suited to the job. Also good for disposal of food scraps prior to putting them into garbage so as to minimize odors which will attract wild animals. The bag ties up tight. I ordered 3000 in Nov 2018 - my last order for this product was 2004. Obviously 3000 bags will last a very long time. Wish they came in packets of less than 3000. Shelling out $47.00 for disposal bags is a big hit but it comes up only once every decade or so. Also, when the the shipping box arrived, it was extremely shopworn which does not make a nice impression but the contents seem fine.

Not sure why the shipping carton did not arrive in top condition, it was possibly damaged in transit. Glad to hear the bags were all intact. We don't mind you purchasing from us once every decade :-) Thank you for the 5 star review.

They are smaller than they looked but I really didn’t think about the size and I should have measured. My issue but I do like them.

I ordered ring boxes for 60 championship rings that my husbands football team won. we recieved them on nov 29 and the rings were presented on dec 1st. when my husband and i were putting the rings in the boxes, we realized that 3/4 of the boxes were assembled wrong. when you place the ring in the box , the ring is supposed to be facing the front, but these were defective because the ring faced the back!!! we had to remove the piece glued down and re-insert it so it was facing correctly. ! very poor workmanship !!! they said i could get a refund only if i sent them back, there was no way i could because the rings were presented 2 days later. i will not be purchasing anything from your company in the future. i did request some sort of refund but they said only if i sent them, back which was impossible because i would not have gotten replacements in time.

Lisa, apparently you are still on your futile mission leaving negative reviews. Your negative reviews do not affect us as we have thousands of reviews and our ranking is one of the highest possible. 93% of our customers recommend us and we have a rating of 4.73 out of 5 which is extremely high in our industry. But continue on your mission as you seem to not have anything better to do. Below are our replies to you copied and pasted from your Facebook reviews: 1) You stated to us that you used all the boxes already for a function and you had nothing to return. If you have nothing to return, then we cannot refund you. To explain this reasoning: You bought a shirt at Macy's and it had a slight defect, but you decided to keep it. Then you went back to Macy's without the shirt and told then you want money back. Macy's would not refund money to you. This is identical to that situation, yet you feel the need to write a negative review about us. We were nice enough to offer you a courtesy credit for your next order, but apparently you do not want that. Not sure how you can justify wanting a refund with returning anything. You said you are contesting the charge, but we are sure the credit card company will feel the same way as we do. After three more separate comments from you we repsonded: 2) Not sure how many times we have to repeat this but the manufacturer did seem to put some inserts in backwards, however you used all the boxes. If you returned them we would have given you a full refund. Again read my "Macy's analogy" above. As far as we are concerned this case is closed and has been closed. Our customers know that we have the best prices and best service in the industry. We have been in business for 30 years, and yes we have crossed paths with unreasonable customers like you, although they are very far and few between. You can read our reviews right on this site and you will find very few negative ones and the few that there are are usually without merit, like yours.
