The packing job was original, by which I mean, all packages were individually wrapped and then bound together with copious amounts of tape, which made me laugh - and took a few minutes to undo. “My primary purchase, necklace-sized jewelry boxes for my A1 notecards, were precisely the size and color described. Fetpak was generous enough to send me 3 samples in advance at no charge, unlike the competition. Their shipping charges were reasonable, and the shipment was double boxed for needed protection. They quickly made good on a small packing error. I would definitely go to Fetpak again for recycled, made in USA, quality jewelry boxes. Shirley's a very helpful customer support voice there!”

The caller and I picked other colors, and I mentioned I was short on time for getting my bags in time to prepare them for the event. She went out of her way to get them in the mail that day, a Friday. They arrived in good time, and were perfect for the purpose. I wold definitely use fetpak again.”
