Fetpak was generous enough to send me 3 samples in advance at no charge, unlike the competition. Their shipping charges were reasonable, and the shipment was double boxed for needed protection. They quickly made good on a small packing error. I would definitely go to Fetpak again for recycled, made in USA, quality jewelry boxes. Shirley's a very helpful customer support voice there!”

The caller and I picked other colors, and I mentioned I was short on time for getting my bags in time to prepare them for the event. She went out of her way to get them in the mail that day, a Friday. They arrived in good time, and were perfect for the purpose. I wold definitely use fetpak again.”

“I sell on eBay , and when I ship putting the jewelry in a box then the padded envelope will ensure that the items don't get damaged. Receiving a little gift box makes the item looks so much nicer, more expensive and shows the customer you care. I am really pleased with the two boxes I ordered, the smaller gold box and a larger purple box. I am happy with the quality, & they are very sturdy.”
