We received your order on April 2nd and we shipped out the same day. It appears that your order was lost in transit. We have shipped the replacement order out yesterday, Apr 15th, so you should be receiving it soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nearly all orders received before 3 PM Eastern Time are shipped out the same day. Orders are shipped either UPS or Priority Mail. So not sure why you were unhappy with our shipping speed. We don't have your invoice or account number to check, but it could be possible there was a delay in transit.

“The gloves received are too big. Is for someone with hands bigger than the average person. Should be Less size. I you have medium size send me 2 packs. If you have tighter nitrate gloves send me 2 pack. You are authorize to charge to my Visa card already in your record.”

The Clear Disposable Gloves you purchased are one size fits all. They are mostly used for food service and are designed not to fit tight. You are welcomed to return any unopened box and exchange for our tighter fitting Nitrile Gloves or for a refund. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes due to hygienic concerns. If interested in returning or exchanging, please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number.

You placed an order with a credit card that did not match the shipping address. We emailed you on 03/16/20 and we called you two times on 3/17/20 and left messages. Odd we did not hear back from you, instead you decided to publicly complain. We were not about to ship an order out with a credit card that did not match the shipping address and with no responses to our emails and calls. We always try to minimize fraud to protect ourselves and our customers. By the way, we never charged the credit card, we did hold it for authorization. We are releasing that hold and you should see the funds freed up within a few days.

“My Fetpak earring holder was exactly what I was looking for. It's attractive and sturdy, and because the arms are thinner than on many displays, the earrings stay on more securely. (On thicker ones the arm sometimes partially pushes the earring back off the post.”
