“Great Product - Excellent Quality. I have ordered twice now to package bracelets for a girls program. Fetpak offers the color we need plus the quality is exceptional to upscale our package. Delivery was within days and the pricing is very good. Will order again.”

“Service is always good. Shipping though on that light 1 pack item I got was a little high. It shouldve been packed to charge $4, $5 or $6. But thanx. Danny”

Thank you for the 5 Stars! Our shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 on orders under $85. Over $85 we have free shipping. On very small dollar orders, such as yours was, we still need to charge the $8.95 since these orders are costly to process. Thank you for understanding.

After reading your review on April 15th we contacted you. You ordered on April 9th and your order was shipped out the same day by 1st class mail. Sometimes there are delays in transit as was probably in your case. By now you should have received your order and everything should be okay.
