“When I received the order it was damaged. I call to talk to customer service and was advised that i would not be given the full name of the rep that was helping me. Initially I asked for a replacement, however after the conversation i asked for a refund.”

You ordered on May 27th and we shipped your order out on May 28th. In tracing your shipment UPS states that it was delayed due to inclement weather. We contacted you today and it is out for delivery today. We are sorry your shipment was delayed due to issues with the freight carrier.

“Great products and service, fast shipping. I think old pictures need to be updated though, especially jewelry boxes, more than just one and better one for inside of box. When I need new product, pictures do not help much to get true feelings, I just have to order few samples and try. Still, Fetpak is my go to place for all my needs. Great job!”

We appreciate the feedback and glad you are satisfied with the products we carry. On our shipping, we have flat rate shipping of $8.95 on orders $85 and under. Over $85 and there is Free Shipping. The cost to process small orders is high and therefore we have no choice but to charge our flat rate fee.
