“We use Fetpak for jewelry, gift boxes, bags and packing boxes. Less expensive than U-Line. Free shipping too. U-line was $53 to ship us the same thing. Ridiculous!”

“When I received the order it was damaged. I call to talk to customer service and was advised that i would not be given the full name of the rep that was helping me. Initially I asked for a replacement, however after the conversation i asked for a refund.”

You ordered on May 27th and we shipped your order out on May 28th. In tracing your shipment UPS states that it was delayed due to inclement weather. We contacted you today and it is out for delivery today. We are sorry your shipment was delayed due to issues with the freight carrier.
