“My order came promptly. I have put about 1/3 of the slider bags to use. One of the sliders was cracked and came off. So far the ones I used were fine. The bags are sturdy.”

“I received my boxes and they are beautiful! The service was fabulous, the prices were great, I shopped around before buying them through Fetpak and this was, by far, the best deal. Thank you Junior ! He was the sales person who helped me with my order and directed me to the sizes I needed. I will be back as soon, as I need more boxes! Thank you Fetpak. Also, the delivery was swift from the time I ordered, to when they arrived, it was a few days. And the website was easy to use. Thank You, Danette R.”

“Good Morning, Just wanted to make you aware of the 4 boxes we received 3 of them wore torn open. Not sure if it was on your end or UPS. I assumed it was UPS but just wanted to make you aware. I will send photos for your reference. I don't know if any are missing and there are too many to count so we are not worried about it.”

It appears that the cartons were all damaged in transit by UPS. Going by the pictures you sent it does seem like no plastic bags fell out, so that is good news. Damage to the cartons such as this is unusual but we will put a note in your account to pack all future orders in master cartons instead of strapping cartons together. We apologize for the inconvenience and are looking forward to continuing to serve you. Thank you.

“We had to change our annual conference to 100% virtual this year due to the continued restrictions resulting from COVID-19. All of our conference bags had to become mailed packages. We were moving fast to stay on deadline. Alas, we forgot to get tissue paper for the packaging, and shipping was to start the following week! Even though we were rushed, we still wanted it to look nice and to compliment our company colors. Using the online chat feature, the great folks at Fetpak helped us figure out what was available in which colors and in what quantity. They also ensured that we received it all in time to start packing. Great job and thanks for your help!”
