“I have had extreme difficulties locating a source for jewelry boxes. I need them for private use, not for resale. The boxes I ordered were exactly as advertised, and I could not be more pleased.”

Glad you liked our product and service. We have free shipping on orders over $85. Otherwise it's a flat rate of $8.95. Your order was $19.95 and weighed 7 lbs, the freight cost to ship was actually greater than $8.95, but that's our flat rate fee. Thank you for the 5 Stars.

“CSR was a great help. Thank you!! I only wish there was a way to combine my prior business orders with my new business since I buy the same items. Other problem was the shrink wrap was so tight some of my white cotton lined boxes are permanently squished.”

Glad our customer service reps could help. We can't combine previous orders for additional discounts, but we do have additional column price breaks pricing on orders. If any boxes were damaged please let us know and we will replace or refund. Just reference your invoice number and which boxes were damaged. Thank you for the 5 Stars!!
