“The ring boxes I ordered were just as pictured. I feel they were well worth the price I paid. Anyone who buys them should know they won't hold bigger rings and close completely. Other than that ....marvelous!”

You purchased Ring Box #FA01 which is a standard size ring box. For larger rings, we have a High Dome Ring Box, item #VA01. Glad you liked our boxes. If they don't work perfectly for you, you may return them and switch for the VA01's. If so, call customer service 631-864-3090 and request a return authorization and reorder. You placed your order on Monday 11/23/20 at 11:00 AM ET. We shipped out your order the same day from New York. It was shipped via 1st class mail. Seems there may have been a delay in transit as it crossed over the Thanksgiving Day Holiday on its way to Texas by the USPS.

“Bought two size 3 mil bags and really like the bags and the smaller size 3x5 have been perfect. The larger 6x9 have had some minor quality issues with a handfull of the zipper tops being broken and the bag unuseable. Without that problem would have been a five.”

“I ordered 5 little black boxes for earrings i can use them but had the feeling they were not specifically made for earrings. The delivery was fast so that was a plus. Thank you”

We are unsure of which Jewerly Boxes you ordered, but please let us know the item number and we can double check for you if they were made for earrings. Some of our boxes are made for both Earrings and Pendants. You may email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and item number. Thank you.

“Order came fast , just didn’t like the earring boxes (black) they were replaced for my order that was out of stock the (black n cream) . Poor quality hard to open. Disappointed”

Sorry you were not happy with our Black Onyx boxes. The boxes are the same paperboard (USA made) as the Coffee and Cream boxes (they were discontinued in the size you purchased). Sometimes the lids are more securely attached and a bit more difficult to remove. If not happy with these we can pick these up and send you another color that works better and easier to open. Please call 631-864-3090 or email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number. Sorry for the inconvenience.

“I thought I was placing the same order that I did the first time I ordered packed 6 months ago. The bags are not the same size nothing about the order is the same very disappointed.”
