“The product and shipping are always outstanding. I have been buying from Fetpak for 25 years. This experience, however, was frustrating because I tried to sign out as a guest and your site recognized my name and made me sign in...and of course, not remembering the password I had to reset it. Once I reset it, the site told me I needed a new password so again, I reset it and finally was able to order. Very frustrating. It took about 20-30 min out of a busy day.”

If you have signed in previously, your account, signified by your email address is registered in our system. Not sure why you would have to reset your password twice as you can keep your password permanently or decide to change it in the "my account" area. We are sorry you had trouble with our website and it took so much of your time up. We do appreciate your business over the years, so thank you very much for that.
