“When we ordered, we look at the same online catalog, we thought we order the same merchandise as we ordered before, but the new merchandise look cheaper than the old ones.”

On your last order you ordered "F" series jewelry boxes. These are flock boxes. On most of your previous orders you ordered "Y" series jewelry boxes, these are our higher quality velvet boxes. If unhappy with the "F" boxes you ordered you may return them within 30 days from order and we will refund or exchange them. Let us know. Sorry for the confusion.

The Jewelry Carrying Case you ordered, #91-G is still out of stock. They are due to arrive in late September. We can ship the two carrying cases to you at that time. “Found Fetpak while researching companies similar to Uline that sold the heavier T-Shirt bags we needed for my wife's church's meals for disadvantaged school students program. We had color choices not available with Uline, the bags were the same heavier thickness we required, but shipping costs by Fetpak were hugely more reasonable.”

“I waited a little too long before I ordered my Frosty Bag stock, but the bags arrived so quickly that I had no worries. One of the 3 large, heavy shipping boxes was practically destroyed in shipping but the bags were in perfect shape. Thanks again for your good service and quality products. My customers love the Frosty bags. I use Cub, Queen, and Jumbo.”

We did not ship your order. Your shipping address did not match your billing address on the card. We attempted to contact you several times via phone and email, but we did not receive a response from you. So we then canceled your order. Please call us at 631-864-3090 Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM ET if you would like to place your order again.
