Glad you like our service. Thank you for being a steady customer of ours. Shipping to Puerto Rico is extremely high so that makes it difficult for us to offer free shipping like we do in the Contiguous 48 States. Many of our Puerto Rico customers have their orders shipped to Miami and then use a freight forwarder to Puerto Rico.

On your last order you ordered "F" series jewelry boxes. These are flock boxes. On most of your previous orders you ordered "Y" series jewelry boxes, these are our higher quality velvet boxes. If unhappy with the "F" boxes you ordered you may return them within 30 days from order and we will refund or exchange them. Let us know. Sorry for the confusion.

“Found Fetpak while researching companies similar to Uline that sold the heavier T-Shirt bags we needed for my wife's church's meals for disadvantaged school students program. We had color choices not available with Uline, the bags were the same heavier thickness we required, but shipping costs by Fetpak were hugely more reasonable.”
