Sorry that some of the jewelry boxes arrived damaged, while it most likely happened during transit, we will still credit your account the amount damaged. “I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys this summer and my orders always get mixed up or you don’t have enough of what I need and this last order they only have 24 of the 40 gem jar cases I ordered.”

We do have 24 or the 40 gem jars/foam on backorder for you. Sorry we were out of stock. By late October we should be stocking many more of these and we shouldn't run out of inventory again. We appreciate your orders very much. Thank you.
