“I begin ratings at three stars and give more or less depending on the service and product. The jewelry gift boxes met my expectations and the delivery was a little quicker than expected so a rise to four stars.”

“I am very happy with the cellophane bags I ordered. They are just want I wanted for the products I sell. I am happy with the speed in which they were delivered. I will order through Fetpak again. The company was recommended to me by an employee of the Party store in Petaluma. I had been buying them at the store for years. When I went to the store to buy the bags for an Art and Crafts show ill be selling my product at they no longer carried them. The employee told me they order through Fetpak. “ordered product on-line as I couldn't find it locally. order arrived sooner than I expected, and 100% correct. staff was very helpful (I used the chat feature) Fetpak phoned my business to ensure the order was correct. will use them again”

“I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys this summer and my orders always get mixed up or you don’t have enough of what I need and this last order they only have 24 of the 40 gem jar cases I ordered.”

We do have 24 or the 40 gem jars/foam on backorder for you. Sorry we were out of stock. By late October we should be stocking many more of these and we shouldn't run out of inventory again. We appreciate your orders very much. Thank you.
