Paul, we usually ship USPS or UPS depending on the package and destination. On orders $75 or under we have $7.95 flat rate shipping. Over $75 there is free shipping. We are sorry the package arrived in poor condition. If any items were damaged please let us know your invoice number and exactly what was damaged.
