Paul, we usually ship USPS or UPS depending on the package and destination. On orders $75 or under we have $7.95 flat rate shipping. Over $75 there is free shipping. We are sorry the package arrived in poor condition. If any items were damaged please let us know your invoice number and exactly what was damaged. “I was unable to check out online and had to order over the phone. I wanted to use my PayPal account but you couldn't do that on the phone so I ended up using a credit card which I didn't want to do. I use PayPal for my business. Otherwise, I am happy with the service.”
