“I was unable to check out online and had to order over the phone. I wanted to use my PayPal account but you couldn't do that on the phone so I ended up using a credit card which I didn't want to do. I use PayPal for my business. Otherwise, I am happy with the service.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase. I bought "Final Warning" tow stickers and dispursed them amongst a few friends. We have horrendously tormented a fellow member at a local social club by placing the stickers on his windshield at every opportunity possible and the response from him has been extremely satisfying and will certainly lead to additional purchases to continually torment the aforementioned member until he no longer comes around. I would highly recommend Fetpak in any capacity to provide all your petty defacing needs.”

“I ordered several earring boxes, a bracelet box, and a necklace box. The price was right as I was not looking to spend a lot, but you get what you pay for. The bracelet box arrived broken... The latch on one side was missing, and the top just falls off when you open or close it. The other boxes were fine, just the felt material flakes off easily. Didn't send back because it would probably cost more to ship it back then I paid for it.”

“I ordered gift boxes made from recycled paper. The price was the best I could find, shipping was prompt, the boxes are well made, and the color is pleasant and uniform. My only complaint is that the "cotton" inserts are single-layer and feel and look synthetic, so I will have to add a layer of something else to provide two-sided protection, and the synthetic texture detracts from the eco-friendly appeal.”

Deborah, thank you for your order and review. The cotton in our jewelry boxes is now non-tarnishing synthetic. Our manufacturer and all USA manufacturers have gone to synthetic cotton to protect their employees due to the health hazards associated with manufacturing real non-tarnishing jewelers cotton.

Jacqulyn, we apologize for the fasteners being closer to clear than white. We are changing over to a more clearish/white fastener and we neglected to change the description. If you would like to return the fasteners, please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and we can issue an RA number.

We aren't sure which poly bags you purchased, but most cases of 1,000 are packed in bags of 100, so if bags are pulled from the case, there would be 10 packs sent. We occasionally break up cases on small orders to save on freight costs. Please email your invoice number to manager@fetpak.com and we will note not to break cases for your future orders. Sorry for the inconvenience.
